Yes, it was reported in a tweet last night from someone that some of the Western counties in PA were holding back their vote counts presumably to thwart any efforts in Philly to know a total needed for cheating as Philly stopped their count around the time it appeared Trump was gaining momentum nationwide.

I just heard on ABC they have ~120K left to count in Fulton / Dekaulb combined.

quick scan of the NYT map for Penn...

of the counties with significant votes out...

The trump counties in the central/west part of the state are about 80% reported and are about 1 million votes so far for trump.

Philly areas is about 70% reported and is about 1 million votes for biden

So say Philly is 3 to 1 for biden from here that should be about +300K for Biden

He needs 450K from here not even counting the trump votes left in the west

The only case for Biden in Penn is if the remaining votes in the west are all mail in. I have no idea if they are.

Weird. Earlier it was stated that Fulton is 100%, Dekaulb 92% and remaining votes were from historically red counties.
