Supposedly they are supposed to separate those votes and keep a running total of the ones that fall into this category. My guess is that someone will "accidentally" put the pile with all of the others.

I hope Trump refuses to concede and exhausts all his options through the courts. After that, he should follow the rulings of the courts, no matter how they play out. Sucks, but otherwise you really are flushing the constitution down the toilet.

Constitution is already being flushed down the toilet if you allow fraud to win the day. Granted it's a lose, lose situation but at some point there has to be pushback in order to maintain/uphold the constitution in the long run.
