Gay Rights - not really being substantially contested today.
Abortion - While some states pass laws, amendments, etc., until Roe v. Wade is overturned, it's not a states issue. Supreme Court could flip on this, but it's not at all guaranteed. I'll give you that if this is the single defining issue of on your ballet, this justifies a vote for Biden over Trump. I'd also say you need to rethink priorities.
Drug laws - Kamala Harris has an awful record of prosecuting minor drug offenses. Trump's government has not gone after states legalizing MJ.
Government Overreach - Kamala again has an awful record of 4th amendment violations. Democratic governors, senators, Biden, and Harris all have taken extreme positions on the federal government's role in regulating people's behavior during COVID
Second Amendment - don't even need to comment.
So as I see it, on socially libertarian issues, Trump comes out ahead 3-1-1. And it's not that close on fiscal issues.
Unfortunately, you're an emotion-driven and incapable of critical thinking.
Trump is no longer winning right now. And the movement is all towards Biden.
