Mail in so far is 800k Biden you 400k Trump. That's out of 3 million requested. So another 1.8 million to go would give Biden another 600k. Trump is up by 720k, so yes, he'd need a 70/30 split, but he's at 65/35 now. Hopefully there's more in person to be counted, but it will be close.
There's 9 million registered voters in PA.
2.7 million have already voted in person.

1.8 million mail in ballots remain outstanding based on total requested
That's 5.7 million, so another 3.3 million potential votes. A 70/30 split of mail in ballots wipes or Trump's current lead, and that assumes 0 of those 3.3 million possible votes have not been counted.
The AP hasn't called TX either
