PA is one of many states that will count votes received in the mail after Election Day, in its case up to 11/6. Some states accept them up to 11/17-11/20.

Tough to call it on 11/3 unless it's otherwise impossible for one side. FWIW that's what the media did with NY even though it's one of those states that will count ballots received via mail after 11/3 too.

Something is very off with them, either drumming up ratings or a very different agenda, but every call for Biden has been with low returns and Trump can't get calls w 90 plus % returns. Stinks to high heaven
