That's a very tough map for Biden.

He would have to sweep NH, MI, WI, MN, AZ, NV and get one district in NE or sweep Maine.

Possible but there is no margin for error and losing PA, OH and FL so early in the day is not a good sign for a perfect performance the rest of the way.

I'm still not buying that they've already started to accept a likely loss in PA.

@will25u has been posting early voting breakouts for battleground states. I believe (and he can verify) that the margin was +2k or so for the Democrats in early voting. If that is the case then these numbers are good. All going to come down to the Other vote. Where is it going?

But we can have a pretty good idea though based on the margin between Trump and Biden on election day votes cast. If it is greater than 750k for Trump then it becomes very likely Trump wins.

Let me also say that the campaigns have people on the ground whose job it is to count their voters. They know what is happening. This is not a surprise to them at this point. They have hard data in their hands on how their voters are performing. Notice how the two campaigns are talking. That's all you need to know.

Depends on context. If he's taking about poll discrepancy with returns need on party, he's not wrong. There's no way to know how many flipped from side to another. Same with unregistered. You can make guesses all day long, but until votes come in, they're ultimately just prognostications.

The shy Trump voter was the wild card in 2016, and as the vitriol only increased, I'd say it's an even bigger one in 2020. It's the reason all of these pro-Biden polls are going to end up wrong
