I'm also interested in how Catalina Lauf is doing in Kinzinger's old district. Purely political reasons.

Quote:

A judge on Tuesday barred Mesa County Clerk and Recorder Tina Peters (R), an outspoken proponent of baseless election conspiracy theories, from overseeing the county's primary and general elections in 2022.

While Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold (D) does not have the authority to unseat a county clerk, she sued to stop Peters and her deputy, Belinda Knisley, from supervising the elections because of allegations they tampered with Mesa County's voting equipment in 2020.

District Court Judge Valerie Robison supported the secretary of state's petition, saying Peters and Knisley "have committed neglect of duty and are unable to perform the duties of the Mesa County Designated Election Official."

Brandi Bantz, the county's election director, will now oversee the upcoming elections.

Peters and Knisley both face criminal charges for allegedly interfering with the county's Dominion Voting Systems software in an attempt to find proof of voter fraud. Court documents say they gave an unauthorized person access to the technology, which resulted in confidential software passwords showing up online.

Only because Dominion successfully deleted all of the election files.

Quote:

Mesa County subsequently ordered new Dominion equipment to use in future elections.

Earlier this year, Griswold's office presented Peters with an option to oversee the 2022 elections under certain terms, including supervision while accessing election equipment. Peters rejected that offer.

This is now the second time Peters has been barred from overseeing an election. The first was in 2021.
Griswold is running for re-election in 2022. Peters is vying to become the Republican candidate to challenge her.

Hawg, BMX, etc., with the knowledge y'all have gathered in the last two years, is their enough evidence to bring a suit against Dominion, DNC, State governments, or anyone else.

You're convinced, as am I, Dominion is dirty. Nearly everyone here believes Dominion is dirty. Once subpoenaed , I know Dominion has repeatedly stated "you can't have "our proprietary information" (which is BS in relation to a public election we all pay for). How does an attorney overcome that statement? Does it all depend on the judge, or just a good attorney to rebut the Dominion position?

For instance, True the Vote says they'll release the names of the non-profits involved in the drop boxes. Will they also be potentially culpable? Sorry for all the questions.

Am I off base?

Pour yourself a drink because this will be a long one.

Yes. There is a way or maybe was a way, depending on what Dominion has done in the last 19 months.

First, when Dominion signs a contract for a specific version of their voting system, it should (and usually does from the few contracts that are publicly available) contains an escrow clause for source code and events that precipitate the release from escrow of that code. Yes, there are escrow companies that hold source codes in varied situations not including election related..

But the tricky part is that the contracting company has to make the contractually required request for release of the code. That means that the state of Georgia, for instance would have to be backed so far into a legal corner to request it, file suit, wait a few years before they might get it from a judge's order, which will then be appealed, rinse and repeat.

Following so far? Contractual disputes take years and years to wind their way through the courts. FOIAs take years and years. But election issues have between the November date of the national election...and December 14th of the same year when the Electoral College meets in their respective states and votes.* Absurdly short time period. And since there is no legal remedy available, courts refuse to act at all (for a national office) after that time expires. It is a moot question. No legal avenues available to change those results...in court.

Dominion has let their much ballyhooed court cases for defamation go largely quiet. They are not prosecuting them vigorously. Reason? If they demand mucho discovery first, then they are subject to more discovery, which could include the source code. Remember, Dominion has the burden of proof that Powell's, Giuliani's etc. statements were false and they knew they were false. (As to Smartmatic connection and Venezuela, they likely are) but to prove that, the source code becomes the evidence that Dominion needs to prove no connection with Smartmatic. Source code is different. Very different and that the defendants knew that. How?

Still with me?

Lastly, Dominion removed their youtube videos of Coomer demonstrating the adjudicating factor of when when humans can actually change votes. And many other training videos for Dominion contractors, such as Melissa Carone. Yep she's a bit of a nut job at times but Dominion hired her, so that in and itself brings into question their hiring practices.

Now we come to the phony "certifying" companies for which there ae two/ Pro V&V and SLI. Very, very, very small companies. Did a google earth search for all of their offices. Because they must have offices across the country correct? Nope. Small locations and few in number. Don't even have many employees for firms that claim they are accredited (only those two) across the country to certify the systems in use. They never even look, other than a pro forma review done years before. Never check the newer "patches" in different states, ever. But the voting system companies say they did approve the "patches" in court.

Coomer from Dominion is a salesman. Not computer guy. Comb from Pro V&V is finance guy, knows nothing about computers nor even his own certification system software. Raffensperger chose those guys to defend him in Curling v. Raffensperger. The judge found Coomer and Comb were lying and not credible.

All of this is to say, depends on the judge. Do we have an honest federal judiciary?

I don't freakin' know anymore.

Unless it's a dirty martini, I just go for scotch or bourbon.

Between the dark liquor and the mute button on the news, the day does get better.

Thank ya, ma'am.

The 3rd and 4th paragraphs regarding contracts, made perfect sense, it's just infuriating

My dad would have loved this stuff. Pretty bright guy. He got to A&M when he was 15 due to skipping a couple of grades, and wanted to be a lawyer, but supposedly, life is what happens when you making other plans---my mom!

And I had an epiphany today regarding Stacy Abrams and her failed GA governor race. Since she's been screaming about "a stolen election", I now think it may be possible knowing who the governor and the AG for Georgia are. Yes, it's 100% BS, but ANYTHING involving Raffensberger should be suspect, even though the Governor is likely bent, as well.

Seems the Democratic Party leadership are pulling out all the stops to corrupt the 2022 midterms. They have no ethics, no honor nor integrity.
Among the latter, under pretence of governing they have divided their nations into two classes, wolves and sheep.”

This is feeling an awful lot like 2020 when good guys (if there is such a thing anymore) were about to have a gigantic red wave and then the unthinkable happened with Covid. The left doesn't give up and throw in the towel. Scary.

The daily registrations in the voter registration database in New Mexico have ridiculously consistent patterns from county to county. They seem to be injected according to an algorithm that controls the number injected each day which is scaled for the population of the counties.

Here is the daily registration pattern for Otero County along with the approximate dates that the state joined the voter registration system ERIC, gave the Motor Vehicle Division (MVD) write-access to our rolls, and our Secretary of State (SOS) gave Rock the Vote enhanced access to bypass her website when registering voters. You can see that there is a dramatic increase in the amount of manipulation starting in 2018. There are also no times when voters aren't being registered even though until 2020 we had a state statute that required the rolls to be shut down during elections:

Quote:

Now here's Otero County's daily registrations (a mid-size red county), next to Bernalillo County (a huge, blue county). The patterns are exactly the same, but Bernalillo is scaled up for its larger population:

Quote:

Now here are 12 NM counties a mix of red and blue, large and small. They're all the same:

I read most of the gateway article. It remains questionable for me. I hope Flynn's source is from somewhere else.

Catherine mentions the two AZ cases briefly during this fantastic 22min summation of 2000 Mules (before its premier). It answers many questions, including the numbers of mules scattered around the country:

Does that 22 minute video have photos or videos of the Arizona raids? Or links to reputable sources confirming the reports?

Or is it unrelated?

Because it looks like it was recorded at least three weeks ago, so I'm not sure how it could have evidence of raids that reportedly took place today (or the past few days).
