This lady in Georgia is FILLING OUT and potentially counting absentee ballots that have no return address on them (look at the yellow portion of the envelopes to see nothing written there...). I believe crowder says this lady also appears in the suitcase video as well but not 100% sure

Remember I'm not a nerd here but my understanding is that process involves Cast Image Ballots that for some reason or another cannot be read. During the ballot adjudication process, the election worker can pull up that image of the ballot so as to find the problem, divine the voter's intent, then "correct" the ballot and hit submit so it can then proceed through the system.

If I am wrong in any of that, I welcome any corrections.

I think these are separate ballots. The 116K were clear and scanned successfully. There was some issue with the 103K that forced them to adjudication. Still seems like a high % of ballots that are getting sent for human intervention (and possible cheating) but I think he means the total is 220K ballots.

But I read Judge Totenberg's summation of his testimony in the pre-election Curling case seeking to enjoin the use of Dominion Voting Systems in Georgia. Let's just say she was less than impressed with his technical knowledge because they only thing he could say was that Dominion had told him everything was fine. The "glitch" was fixed with a "patch" so he ordered it installed on the machines several days before the hearing.

It sounded to me like the physical MIB was getting sent to another location for adjudication, not a computer image but I'm admitting little knowledge of how the process works in GA. Just basing it on my interpretation of what he was saying.

I mean the "audit" that did a while back, is that to mean that they just re-adjudicated more than half the total ballots thats not much oversight. Which goes hand in hand with the "glitch" and vote switching, If the machine "rejects" and needs to be "fixed manually" the ballots could say Trump but the QR code could've spit out Biden?

Well Totenberg's entire 147 page opinion was filed with Sidney's brief and she specifically talked about it in the hearing yesterday but Judge Batten wasn't impressed that a federal district court judge had ruled pre-election that Dominion's system was deeply flawed and subject to manipulation but it was too close to the beginning of early voting to enjoin their use.

And this is why I believe applying the equitable doctrine of laches against one plaintiff but the same defendants as in the pre-election Curling case in which they are argued against granting of a remedy because the plaintiffs had not been harmed yet, is incorrect. The defendants should be collaterally estopped from claiming no injury before the election then flipping around and use laches as an unfair delay in bringing the action.

Not vouching for any of that but will say it is consistent with what I have read elsewhere.

I guess we will see what pigs squeal.

I remember seeing Ron talk about the adjudication process. I just assumed, you know since it is for an election, that the system itself would have an "edited by" tracking system.

But is government, so who am I kidding. Just for us plebes in the public to wade through when dealing with and editing official documents.

Edit: I should have read a little ways down to the poster that attached the other tweets. Would be very curious as to see the breakdown of number of adjudicated ballots were done by each person as well as the time period it took for them to perform that many ballots.
