Not sure what the remedy is in PA if those ballots were not sequestered and kept a clear chain of custody, other than contempt of court, fine and perhaps some jail time.

But the legal avenues in Wisconsin are looking better with the board of elections sending out clearly illegal instructions regarding absentee ballots in that state. Need two witnesses to sign and provide their addresses for verification purposes. The board of elections directed the election clerks to write that information themselves in red pen to avoid the ballots being invalid. That was clearly contrary to the statute and unauthorized under the federal Constitution.

If it is contested in those states and not enough votes in EC to get to 270 I think it goes to 1 vote per state.

No I think it's saying he went from needing an 18 point edge to getting a 22 point edge, which I would assume favors Trump. However I'm not entirely sure what the point edge is referring to.

Yes.

When we woke up this morning, Trump needed to win the remaining 120K votes by about ~18 points to pull even.

So far through 45K votes reported today, he's only been winning them by ~9 points.

As a result, he needs to win the remaining 75K by ~22 points to have a chance.

If in fact there are 120k outstanding ballots left to be counted, then Trump is still perfectly on track to win. Running the numbers Trump is only down 16,895 votes. This means he needs a net +14 points to win, or in other words 57.07% of the vote for the remaining 120k ballots.

I don't know how this guy got his numbers, but I think his math is flawed. Probably a bad game of telephone.

Edit: I guess I misunderstood, if 45k have been counted out of the 120k total, then Trump only needs to win 61.133% of the outstanding 75k ballots (net +22.456 points). Thats still really doable. Not really much of a break from the previous pace.

Even if Trumps pace slows to what it did today, the margin will be less than 10,000 votes, and fox will still lose all credibility for calling the race that early. There's no way they thought it was going to be that close.

Their guru mentioned that night thy they were something like five standard deviations sure of their result. There is no way in hell a standard deviation was 2000 votes or less.

They would need Biden to win the remaining votes 100% to nothing to not look like a bunch of biased idiots

I only know the basics as part of it is way over my head but I am pretty sure it means that when connected to the internet, the machines send data through the dark web that has been identified as malware by some of the programs with some of the sites they link to as being blacklisted. These machines were not supposed to be connected to the internet yet they were everywhere.

Some of the posts there are far above my head though and I don't know enough to interpret them.
