Democrats are never motivated to vote in Georgia Senator elections.

If i were to cheat, I would layer in the fraudulent ones earlier on and then hold on to legal votes equal to the fraudulent ones you created and then dump those as needed so if they questions those last ones coming in, you could just say "sure, check them out" and it looks clean.
