If that is surface level stuff, windy is another great app. My work hinges on weather and we pay handsomely for wx predictions and I still like to use windy as it does a great job with everything, especially visually.

Sleeping in truck backed up by the "statue". The police came through around 7:30 to threaten everyone to leave. Said they would come back at 9:00 to sweep us all out but that hasn't happened yet

We also have a ton of official weather sources but seems like most days I check the emoji on Steve Jobs weather aka the native iPhone app and if it's something other than just a cloud or sun then it's over to windy for real weather
