The MMA fighter has regularly praised our first responders after his fights and last week I think it was, he called out the woke athletes and specifically Lebron. BLM isn't behind it, it's just a patriotic dude who much like the rest of is tired of the non stop bs

Boxing this would matter. Octagon...not so much. The reach is non-existent once they go to the ground and that would be the best bet for a win by Colby. Just don't do a knee to the back of the neck for a choke-out.

Go look up Craig Jones vs Anthony Johnson at Submission Underground. That's a 205 lb guy vs a 270 lb very accomplished fighter w/ little ground game. Jones taps him 47 seconds with a heel hook.

Unless Lebron is trained in a martial art or other fighting tactic that the public isn't aware of, it wouldn't even be close. Lebron's size/athleticism matters zero relative to the combat skills of an elite MMA fighter. Colby would destroy him.

Sure, some of the Lambier antics were mildly amusing, but on the whole, no.

It's like ice hockey. I don't go to the hockey games to see a fight. I go to see guys display their skills that I could never dream of having. It's gonna happen occasionally, but the games are what it's about. You don't see much serious fighting in a Stanley Cup game because every guy on the ice is laser focused, knowing what's at stake.

If I really want to see a fight, I'll go to the boxing match, or buy an MMA Fight pay per view. The fighting is a lot more interesting.

Now, if I happened to be in a bar and saw two athletes decide to throw down right in front of me, sure, I'll watch as much as the next guy, but that ain't happening too often.

Lebron doesn't spend crap to help anyone out. He gets money given to his foundation and then uses that to leverage deals. Yes, he lends his name, but not really his own money. He's no David Robinson!

Over the years as things like assault here not looked kindly by employers they dissipated.
Fistcuffs used to be just Saturday night at the beer joint.

My dad was one of those arrested in the 70s at Ou/tu due to stealing OK license plates and probably fighting. Luckily he was hanging out with Henry Wades son at the time so they were let go pretty quickly.

Dumb topic. A basketball player with no MMA training stands zero chance in an MMA fight. And an MMA fighter stands zero chance on the basketball court with a real basketball player.
