This. I think police in general have a lot of problems and resort to guns/needlessly escalate situations way too much, but when you pull any kind of weapon on them or try to attack them, then whatever happens to you is your own damn fault (excluding no knock raids).

No where ever is there training that says at close range you use a taser for a charging person with a knife. That was perfect police training executed.
