Hank Jr. is about 70-years-old.

I love the guy and his music, but even without all the bickering I doubt he fits the NFL target audience of today. His "rowdy" schtick was old even before we got out of the 1980s.
True. Your username is on point for the NFL's new target audience's lack thereof...

It's staggering how hard the NFL is working to push away a huge amount of its audience to placate people that don't even watch football.

They aren't trying to placate any particular audience or potential audience. They've been hijacked by neo-marxists and are being used as political tool to push a neo-marxist political agenda that attacks American foundational values.

You have to stop thinking in terms of ratings. It has nothing to do with ratings. Start thinking in terms of war. Mass entertainment is being used as a weapon by neo-marxist groups and individuals who don't care whether the particular entertainment institution they are using (e.g., the NFL) ends up being financially successful or not. They care only about installing a communist government and ruling by tyranny.
Then what does need to be demolished? You are saying taking down the ratings or even attendance won't help.

Bet they choose some depraved and degenerate circus freak like Cardi B.
Yeah let her wallow around with her WAP, with a bunch of writhing snakes in the end zones. That ought to make for some really interesting touchdown celebrations and dances. Wouldn't want to NOT miss that !!!

Fox and Friends morning show was the reason for the first time. He was asked political questions when it was not the reason he was there for yet they persisted. What he said was nothing worse than or even close to what has been said about Trump.

In regards to this new development who knows but he already has a song out about Kneeling and leaving the country. His opinion is pretty clear.

Very true. You can also see this exhibited with CNN. Their ratings are actually very poor, but their management is not motivated by market forces. They are a political weapon for the left, nothing more.

"What does need to be demolished?" I don't understand your question.

But yes, decreased ratings and attendance won't change anything politically within the NFL. You have to understand the people you are dealing with. Communists are consumed by their ideology. When communists gain a hold on an institution, they use it to drive their political agenda and spread their ideology as long as the institution is useful. If the institution ceases to be useful (like in the NFL's case, if it starts losing viewers and money at an unsustainable rate), they will absolutely let it be destroyed rather than change it. Sure, they will try to keep the institution profitable so it keeps making money, because they also love money. But if it comes down to a choice of either destroying the institution or de-politicizing it, they will just destroy it and move to the next thing. They operate on ideology, not logic. They are political parasites. It's why every communist state in history has turned into a third world ****hole.

What mean is, which businesses or such are controlling the NFL, et al, who need to be separated from that control --- its hard to believe the same old owners who have always been there are the ones wanting all this. If not to attendance or watching, how should the boycott, push-back, be directed.

Screw ESPN. Screw the NFL. Screw the NBA.... and I have recently added MLB to that list. I held out as long as I could on MLB. As hard as it will be I will probably have to say the same about Aggie football and CFB as well.

Working on finding some new hobbies. I fish but you can't do that all the time. I guess it'll be golf. I have no answer for bad weather days tho. Maybe more indoor pistol range time. I need the practice.

It really is. The very reason they brought Hank on was because of the "shared" audience.

Time to freshen up on my fall fishing skilz!

Our office couldn't even get enough players for fantasy football this year. Most people have had enough.
