Maybe its only certain gifs but I posted the popcorn dog gif on a heated comments section and very quickly got this notice. Havent tried others recently.

I have noticed you only get like 2-3 options for gifs for any given search. Just the last couple days.

Yeah. The search has changed for sure. Ability to post gifs that you just snag off the internet is being heavily policed now too. Apparently they will ban your account from posting gifs at all if they warn you too much.
