The problem is this is purely a he said she said situation. It's not provable or disproveable so it should be disregarded as it is going to come down to personal confirmation bias.

Trump and McCain had personal animosity. It's pathetic to watch all you moderates clutch your pearls and pretend these comments have anything to do with the armed forces at large. Assuming these comments even happened and isn't just corporate press propaganda.

Correct. There is nothing "centralist" or "moderate" about the Green New Deal which Biden actively supports.

Forget all the other stuff like suburb ruin, etc, he is has also supported, and the items certainly basically endorsing (i.e., the Democratic Party platform)

As for this article, others have already covered it. Its a smear attempt to make Trump's definitely cringe-worthy moments of attack on McCain (who also was sparring with him) in the campaign into some kind of generalized attitude.

That perspective is George Patton like. It is great that we have people willing to go into battle and take the risk. The perspective is that you need to WIN the battle, and you do that by nut just entering it, or surviving it, but by dominating and winning it.
It's not an illegitimate perspective to take that while being willing to engage in the fight is admirable, it is Relatively more admirable to do so and be victorious in combat.

There is a difference between defending him and voting for him.

I think Trump says some stupid things. But his policies are better for me and my family and our safety and overall well being than Biden's policies. So I'll vote for Trump.
