There's a video going around of a guy that looks a lot like him wearing American flag crocs punching a teenage girl multiple times. I don't think I have seen any verification that it actually is him, however. Nevertheless, even if it is him, it shouldn't change opinion regarding his self defense argument.

Look at that article and how these convicted assaulters are portrayed, then think back to how they treated Kavanaugh. I'd like to hear someone explain that one. I guess Kavanaugh didn't get himself shot by attacking people.

As many times as these guys have been in contact with police, they know by now how it works and should bare most of the responsibility for their decisions. Also they contacted police that many times and were only shot on one encounter. The percentages are in the cops advantage.
