I'm tired of getting lectured by kids with zero real world experience and no common sense. They don't realize that they are arguing with some really smart dudes In here. Their arrogance is laughable.
Staff, can you come and clean out all this pointless garbage last few pages? Preferably before the main lunch crowd hits and they keep adding to it? I am legitimately using this thread for information as it develops and this derail is more annoying than usual.

It was homicide. Both of us agree its ~probably~ justified homicide. Its not made up, but IMO its a weak case. Sitting in a jail cell (which can be easily justified), and not at home, is probably safer for everyone involved.

All the fun stuff was likely contained.
Saw a buck shot right in the corner of the eye at close range with a 30-06 and 150 grain corelokt. Tiny entrance and no exit. Couldn't even tell it happened til we grabbed his horns to drag him and everything inside was floppy.
Meat and bone doesn't perform anything like all the gel test that you see.
I kind of wondered about that too. If what was the wound visible on the side of the head was an exit wound, I'd expect half of his head would have been blown off. And if it was just a graze, he wouldn't have died.BlackLab said:

Even though he had some type of red scarf (his shirt) over his head, there wasn't much blood visible.
I did note that reporter (guy in black T-shirt who took it off to assist with stopping the bleeding) said as a kid of EMT Dad he thought the wound was very serious and life threatening. So I don't know.
Didn't he fire multiple shots at that guy? Might have had a graze + some other more lethal shot. Maybe no exit wound.
This kid will beat the rap. The only shoot in question in my opinion where it's not 100% clear is the first one and that McGinniss interview if he's called for testimony goes a long way to showing the kid wasn't there looking for looters to shoot and that some of the other protestors were yelling and starting **** with him before the chase started.
When you combine the earlier video of bald guy bowing up on these militia guys in an agitated state it's highly likely he saw Kyle right after the McGinnis guy interviewed him and instigated something and started threatening or whatever causing Kyle to run.
I'm not a lawyer but I would think those things could show frame of mind where self defense came into play along with a preceding gunshot before Kyle turned and fired.
