I think this person is a transgender woman. If that is the case, and she doesn't want men to work out, I am going to have to ask her to stop using drugs and surgery to change her appearance. You know it creates an unrealistic appearance standard that is not fair to people afraid of surgery.

The first part is technically true. Women have a slight advantage on average IQ. The IQ distribution bell curve for men is flatter than it is for women. Meaning most of the world's really high IQ people are men, it also means that most of the world's incredibly stupid people are also men. While women tend to be clustered tighter to the average in terms of intelligence.
