If I search for news about Sturgis, I see a bunch of Twitterers talking about the "COVIDIOTS" at the 80th Annual Sturgis Motorcycle Rally in the Black Hills of South Dakota.
I see a bunch of news articles from the mainstream media from last weekend talking about the risk that all these maskless riders are taking and some even referencing this as a super spreader event.
It's been 6 days since the beginning of the Rally.
Are the hospitals in Rapid City overwhelmed yet?
From everything we know about COVID-19, people should be showing symptoms by now.
If Sturgis goes well (I realise it's not over yet), there's really no reason to do things like cancel college football.
Sturgis is especially interesting because it doesn't attract college age kids who are mostly healthy, it attracts folks in their 40s, 50s and 60s who can afford a Harley and a week or two off of work.
There are some younger people there tending bar and such.

I assume the media isn't covering this event because it's too patriotic. Nobody is kneeling in protest.
