The city council of Minneapolis derives to be executed for willfully destroying the city they were obligated to protect. Put a ****ing bullet in every one of them, and the mayor. They did this intentionally at the direction of the DNC and Soros.

Take the city to court for failing to protect life and property as they are required to. The business owners paid property taxes that they reasonably believed went to law enforcement's efforts to protect their livelihood. The mayor and city council failed their part of the contract.

Take them to court for the cost to rebuild, return of prior property taxes and mental anguish.

You know what? You just might be onto something. Most property casualty policies give a discount for close proximity to a fire station, fire hydrant and a police precinct headquarters.

When City leaders made the decision to abandon that precinct and allow the rioting? (Meaning the fire department could not respond either?) Insurers paying out for damages (if any) would have subrogation rights or could possibly bring an action of their own.

If I'm one of those property owners. I'm not paying **** on that land until it gets reappraised.

The value of smoldering rubble is the lot value less the cost to clean up.

Actually the lot value is the VALUE of the dirt LESS the cost to cure.
