Those reps would HATE me if I was a fellow senator on the committee because I would be live streaming a commentary in DGAF mode as they went, pointing out the lies they tell and the manipulations they are attempting, and being none too subtle about it. I'm more of a "British parliamentary" type of decorum fan.

I'd like to know how many times the Democratic senators insisted on a Yes or No answer to a "will you agree to stop beating your wife" type question.

And then when Barr would begin to say "I don't beat my wife", they'd respond with "I'll take that as a No."

Obvious. And pitiful. But not nearly as much as what the MSM take will be this evening.

Not at first. Gingrich ran a tight ship and the Dems were too shell-shocked to wager much opposition for awhile. And Bill Clinton had to cave without that cohesive Dem support.

That had changed by the time of impeachment, however.
