I have convinced myself that I have seen two different Biden's over the course of the Election and now Presidency. Maybe there are times his BoTox is wearing offf and honestly that could be it. Just at times the facial expressions seems a little different.

meh. A 25a circus would tie up DC nicely, and she's SO unlikable that you might see more dems willing to break rank. Biden* is a Trojan horse who rubber-stamps the blue agenda whereas Kamala would be an obvious anti-American force. I don't think the output of the executive changes much if Kamala takes over for Jill, and I love welcome the fight over the subsequent VP (leaving a tied senate for the interim)!
