It's a symptom of the disease. My mom would start a train of thought, lose it and say "well you know…" every time. And sometimes follow with "it's hell getting old" she was 69 at this point.

Republicans have some great conservative blacks that would make excellent candidates or VPs. Also many other young, ethnic, dynamic conservative republicans. But they choose the red-meat conservative "nut case" (as he appears to many in the middle and the near left.
