Parnas was working with Giuliani on the Biden investigation. As proven by the articles of impeachment, that was not a crime. Pence and Trump probably had passing knowledge of him and his work. Politicians work with foreign criminals all the time. Unless the administration asked Parnas to do something illegal, idgaf if he got himself into trouble some other way.

That's the ****ty situation your argument is in. The president oversees all foreign policy AND our criminal justice system. His opinion matters. Even if he is wrong, or is misled. It was legal.

Use it as political fodder (Trump is a bad judge to be above the DOJ), but its pathetic for you to continue to contend it was a crime.

Electronically, yes (without a warrant). Physically, in the United States, probably not. You know there is a whole industry based on it. So I doubt there is much blow back domestically.
