If that is the case, I hope the brothers have not been thoroughly discredited, or recanted and the feds can proceed if warranted.

But, I was pretty sure nothing was ever really going to happen to him. It would be interesting if they drop the charges just to bring them back again but doesn't look like that's going to happen
