I'll ignore the Hillary comment as invalid to what I said.

Instead, I'll point out that you can't ignore his politics. His politics are exactly what caused this, whether it's just his hate for Trump (racist, homophobic, MAGA country) or his love of Harris/Booker (and their anti-lynching law).

IMO, calling him a sociopath and certifiable is just making **** up to justify what he did with no actual accountability for doing it.

I was under the impression that there was actually not even a staged fight and these guys just met up on the street with Jussie, dropped the bleach on him and gave him the rope to put around his neck.

But on Limbaugh today, he was saying that there was actually a staged fight which Jussie wanted on video but apparently the camera in the area he was in was pointed in the wrong direction and Jussie didn't know it so none of the "beating" was captured. The thought being that Jussie hoped for video to get out into the public domain playing over and over again but "grainy" enough such that you wouldn't be able to make out the bundled up and masked brothers as black but the red hats would stand out. Which is why they went to all the trouble of buying the hats, the rope, etc.

Yep...he should get charged with a hate crime at the very least. But there should be some type of "inciting" charge as well imo. This could have caused numerous people to get hurt and created further division and unrest.
