Also, remember it's not like he's got all this goodwill banked up...he was relatively unknown (except for the two MAGA homophobic racists of course) so it will be harder for the public to garner the sympathy required. Heck, Bill Cosby had DECADES of goodwill...didn't get him very far when all the allegations started to surface.

If this makes it to court (doubtful), will this be the first time on record TDS is acknowledged as a legal defense?

Jussie is an actor and sometimes he confuses acting with reality. In Jussie's confused mind, the attack might happen to him under certain circumstances. The attack would happen and could happen due to Trump and therefor Jussie attack was real and something that would have happened sooner or later.
