That's not "being obtuse", that's pointing out how she IS getting paid without violating the rules. She's getting paid, just not directly.

My point was not directed to him, but to others that think she is not getting anything, which he proved she did. I didn't word my response correctly which was my fault.

Capitalism also incents corporations to develop ideas and products that keep people healthy. So even overlooking the fact that it's on you to ensure your own health, this premise is completely wrong. What is not incentivized to keep people healthy is a bloated unicorn fairy dust farting government. You and your health are purely a cost to it.

Imagine how many decades world healthcare would be if the US had "taken the profit out of health-care", say in the 50s?

Is there employee provided insurance?

They truly believe that humans would continue to invest their time, capital and intellectual property into delivering trillions of transactions worth of medical care due to the general desire to benefit others
