I say we try to sell Puerto Rico to Mexico and use the money to build a wall. I'm not sure we could generate enough money to build the entire wall...but the average intelligence of the U.S. and Mexico would increase, so win win.

There is, his mom claimed he was born in Mexico on some form when he was younger even though he was born in Dallis. Also his mom is illegal and his brother is illegal, which probably didn't help his case.

I'm willing to bet BP thought they were dealing with a stolen/fake identity and slow played a resolution. I have no idea why it took so long to release him after they got the correct documents though.
