Since "undocumented" is a lib synonym for "illegal" and "illegal" by it's very definition means that a crime has been committed, are you saying that Trump's people have exceeded the 100% boundary despite that being a mathematical impossibility?

I read it as undocumented immigrants (I.e. illegal aliens who broke the law to come here) commit less crimes the Trump's administration and the guy at the bottom realizing that lady is an idiot not to realize that.
