I think there's something else being overlooked in this scandal, even though we know Steele didn't really write this dossier, they attached his name to it, but the mere fact when it was passed to the FBI Steele was getting paid by the Justice Dept as an informant/consultant or whatever you want to call it.

If there has to be a criminal element attached to this to give it teeth, the mere fact he was being paid as part of this whole conspiracy adds a criminal element to it would it not?

Indeed I was. When I first found out that C&B was the law firm Flynn asked to handle all of the reporting requirements for Flynn Intelligence Group for their advice as to which laws required them to do which reports (goes to intent to violate the FARA laws) and then when he gets popped on the FARA violation to also be his criminal counsel, when he was following their lousy legal advice??

Yeah, that's a BIG conflict of interest. Holder's connection to the firm was there but when a lawyer is not actually billing hours to a client or listed on billing statement as a consult or conference participant, nearly impossible to prove his direct involvement without someone spilling the beans.

That was Elias and Sussmann's biggest screw-up, chasing the almighty billable hour and putting their conspiracy on their time sheets and billing statements. Again, elements of the movie The Firm and overbilling being mail fraud.

It would be a great injustice to future historians if this collection of information disappears. Unfortunately many of the tweets and other links are probably already censored by those who want to control the narrative.

Thanks for the shoutout but I was using media reports, court filings and the same sources as many other people. I just connected dots and used my legal training and experience to make some BS calls, throw, red flags and question, always question.

A lot of twists and turns in this thread. Barnes, etc. Unfortunately for the country, I was right far more often than I was wrong. Really wish I had been flat out wrong all of the time.

Your correctly connecting the dots when so much noise that was intended to prevent such connections is what makes this and the election threads so historically valuable.
