With this in mind...has CBS flipped (or inched some to the right) as their reporting seems to have broadened in terms of scope. Katherine Herridge's hire from Fox seemingly give an appearance they now reach for moderate/middle of the road viewers? So essentially nobody knew Sessions started the Durham investigation in 2017 until Durham evidence released to Sidney which is significant to prove Flynn's innocence. The same evidence which reveals the entire Mueller investigation was based on fraud, criminally illegal. A coup attempt to bring down President Trump.
A wave of indictments of the coup conspirators are coming down BEFORE Sidney releases the Durham investigation evidence in Flynn court case cause that is the proper 'process' for the justice system of the U.S.A.

Just going to throw this out there and see if there is any thoughts on it. DawsonSField thinks that Judge Sullivan has been a white hat this whole time. Dragging this whole thing out to get the DOJ to release all of this information. To make the DOJ admit that it is/was corrupt in its prosecution of General Flynn.

That doesn't work, because his appointment of Gleeson as amicus, and delay (to the last day possible) as to appealing for the en banc hearing, and also (to a lesser degree) selection of the last of 3 dates requested for the hearing this month (29th) all mean he's dragging this out not to help/venerate Flynn, but to capriciously/malevolent punish him as much as possible via process, knowing full well he'll never go to jail.
Sure, Flynn/Powell's book deal will one day make them great money on this whole fiasco, but he's been silenced effectively through the whole Trump presidency and now the 2020 election cycle, via overtly fraudulent charges/forced plea deal, and it's impossible for me to read into that "Sullivan is a white hat."

I remain skeptical, but am pleased the DoJ at least did hand this over last night.
