Well, well, well....

"Our position from the outset has been that this case never should have been brought and we're glad it's over," said Jean-Jacques Cabou, a Perkins Coie partner serving as court-appointed defense counsel in the case. "Mr Turi didn't break the law. We're very glad the charges are being dismissed

Perkins Coie is the Bendini, Lambert & Locke of the real world only they don't exclusively work for the mob. Scum, all of them.

The warning that a former top Australian diplomat provided to the U.S. Embassy, which is said to have been the basis for the FBI to initiate its Trump-Russia investigation, was relayed to the United States without prior approval from Australia's government, according to a new book.

Alexander Downer, the former Australian high commissioner to the United Kingdom, did not have permission from the Australian government when he alerted the U.S. Embassy in London in July 2016 about a conversation about Russian "dirt" that he had earlier that year with President Trump's campaign foreign policy adviser George Papadopoulos. The new claim was made by former Australian Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull in his memoir, A Bigger Picture, according to excerpts from the Sydney Morning Herald.
Sounds like they are starting to cover their tracks.

The most out of touch people in America.
"If you will not fight for right when you can easily win without blood shed; if you will not fight when your victory is sure and not too costly; you may come to the moment when you will have to fight with all the odds against you and only a precarious chance of survival. There may even be a worse case. You may have to fight when there is no hope of victory, because it is better to perish than to live as slaves." - Sir Winston Churchill

Meanwhile, former CIA upper-level spy has unleashed a pretty high quality tirade on John Brennan;

Quote:

The former station chief said that Brennan's behavior related to the Russia collusion narrative was not much different than what he witnessed during his time serving under him at the CIA, the country's top spy agency.

"There were policies he supported, whether it was the policy in Syria or Iran. And when you told him something that would force him to challenge his assumptions, his response was just to get mad at you and not really want to hear what you have to say," Hoffman said.

Hoffman called Brennan's public behavior since leaving his CIA post an "extraordinary dereliction of duty."
He accuses the former director of misleading the American people and members of Congress by publicly peddling an unsubstantiated narrative about Trump's involvement with the Russian government, as related to the 2016 White House race and investigated by Special Counsel Robert Mueller.

"If he had concerns about President Trump, then go tell you know, Bob Mueller about it. But you don't need to speak up publicly about stuff that isn't even true on MSNBC," Hoffman said.

The former CIA official took specific offense with Brennan pushing an unconfirmed narrative to a viewing audience that would believe what he had to say because of his elevated position in the intelligence community.

"I think viewers would have assumed that because Brennan was director of the CIA, he would know something that they don't and they probably believed him," Hoffman said. "I don't even know why he's still given the opportunity to be on air, after all of that."

It would not surprise me. Schiff needs to spend more time at Ed Buck's West Hollywood home.

I agree. I laughed when I read your comment, then I realized how disgusting it is thinking about Ed Buck.

And Moore, there's some pretty decent comments at the bottom of page 1050, starting with Will25 post.

Basically, most here agree that Burr, Feinstein, and Warner are in cahoots together to cover their asses which likely involve a decent amount of subversion of President Trump. Not to mention that Wolfe received a two month prison sentence for crimes suggesting double digit years. Supposedly, and I'm sure it's correct, Wolfe was going to make Burr, Feinstein, and Warner all testify, and they decided that would be bad.

The article said he can't sell weapons for four years, which will be over in October. However, it does have this comment:

Quote:

"Republicans hold Clinton responsible for mishandling the circumstances around that attack. And Stryk said that Turi was now weighing book and movie deals to tell his story, and to weigh in on the Benghazi attack"

Assuming Turi is still alive, I've never heard anything else from him or his attorney. He may have been given an "offer he can't refuse". I doubt anyone in DC is interested in this, but even an article would make for good reading.

Stuff happens to (supposed) leaders with good intentions, and I'm always willing to attempt to find out the whole story before making up my mind,, but the Benghazi disaster was almost certainly willful knowing who was involved. I just have a VERY difficult time knowing they're nine children growing up without their dads due to either extremely poor planning, or really good planning to get our ambassador murdered (likely).

Whenever you see an increase in CYA attempts by Democrats, their media mouthpieces, and their soft Bush/Rockefeller Republican dupes, you can expect something is coming that they feel a distinct desire to get out in front of before it breaks open.

It is as encouraging as it is disappointing.

Would love to see Comey get the kind of public treatment Petraeus and Flynn received. Same goes for Brennan.

Those images alone would destroy the present efforts at derailing the Durham Express.

Fred Fleitz: Brennan Suppressed Intelligence That Suggested Putin Preferred Clinton

Quote:

More gravely, they said that CIA Director Brennan suppressed facts or analysis that showed why it was not in Russia's interests to support Trump and why Putin stood to benefit from Hillary Clinton's election. They also told me that Brennan suppressed that intelligence over the objections of CIA analysts.

House Intelligence Committee staff told me that after an exhaustive investigation reviewing intelligence and interviewing intelligence officers, they found that Brennan suppressed high-quality intelligence suggesting that Putin actually wanted the more predictable and malleable Clinton to win the 2016 election.

HRC was an easy mark and just as easily bribed when she wasn't so naive. She would have been a continuation of the accommodationist policies of Obama.

After the reset button, Uranium One, and the refusal to offer meaningful support to the Ukrainian government, it stands to reason Russia wanted the Democrats to win.

Also no surprise the Obama Administration would fail to disclose those details as they were propping up the collusion fraud to cover for their own illegal activities.
