Message to Hank Johnson: **** off, anti-American moron!
I would so love it if Barr replied, "I will resign when Guam capsizes. Keep me posted on when that happens, M'kay, thanx, bye!"ruddyduck said:

Have always thought FISC Judges were/are complicit. Same political goals as rest of the conspirators and should be judged accordingly. BRING IT, Durham/Barr.drcrinum said:

Good read! Kimberley Strassel lays wood to Judge Collier & the FISC. In February & June of 2018, Nunes sent letters to Collyer concerning problems he & his Committee had discovered concerning the FISA application for Carter Page. Collier blew him off. Strassel has seen the letters. Now Collier is throwing a hissy fit following Horowitz's findings. Hmmm..... Perhaps the FISC bears some of the blame for what has transpired over the last 3 years.
No disagreement but I am fascinated with what must have been done and discussed by the entire senior staff at at NSA working for ADM Rogers. They gathered the information (at his direction) and presented the briefs to ADM Rogers that compelled him, a four star flag, to deliver a direct message to the President.fasthorse05 said:

No hyperbole.

There are a significant number of people at NSA who had to have been part of an organizational effort for the uniformed branch of the IC to effectively blow the whistle on much of the rest of the civilian led IC that had become politicized and was violating the letter and intent of statute on surveillance of US citizens. Even if it is all rolled up under the name of their boss, a lot of those uniform personnel retire from the military and get civil service jobs in other agencies reporting to the DNI and to the AG. Being identified within that community as part of Rogers' senior staff certainly didn't help them feather their nest for follow on IC jobs in the agencies that have been exposed. It makes me proud of the military spooks that they remembered their oath to the Constitution and did this for the right reasons and regardless of personal consequences.
Not agreeing they were complicit, but Nunes, Page, Papadopoulos and Flynn lobbing stuff out on the internet and into the Social Media Sphere in a plea to get insight into each of their situations is rumor and innuendo to her.whatthehey78 said:Have always thought FISC Judges were/are complicit. But even more well-founded suspicions have been leaked from the Public Prosecution Office in the last few hours. There are growing rumours that the Agrigento Public Prosecution Service are now almost certain that the person they are investigating will in future have no chance to defend himself either in a court of law or at a political level: "It is highly likely that Mifsud is dead", a source at the Agrigento Palace of Justice has confirmed. "We are talking an 80% possibility".
The suspicion about the fate of Mifsud
There is further evidence that leads us to speculate that Joseph Mifsud may and the use of the conditional is of course obligatory no longer be alive, just to return to the rumours just mentioned. Even if it is obvious that we hope that this will not prove the case. We are talking about the mysterious audio file sent to the editors of Adnkronos and Il Corriere della Sera: "I hope you will make my words known, please listen to the attached files", says the voice of a person who describes himself as Joseph Mifsud and who, on 11 November 2019, made those statements.
However, an expert one of the best qualified in Italy whom we had listen to the audio files is in no doubt: the voice is not that of the professor. "I am convinced that the audio file is fake and the person is not Professor Joseph Mifsud". That is the view of the expert in forensic sciences, one of the most important in Italy working in the field, whom Inside Over contacted through Cristina Sartori, a court registered handwriting expert at the Court of Trento. The expert compared the audio file sent by the supposed Mifsud to the press agency Adnkronos and to Corriere della Sera, with two videos on Youtube in which the lecturer is heard speaking.
The analysis by the expert that we contacted is extremely interesting: "It was recorded with a microphone attached to the collar in a very large space, connected directly to the computer, there is a lot of echo", she explained to InsideOver. "In the audio file sent to the Italian newspapers she comments you can also hear the voice of a woman towards the end who says 22". The person in the audio message, she continues, "does not have the same intonation as the true Mifsud in the videos, who dragged his vowels because of his breathing. This thing is never in the audio file and I am quite convinced it is fake". His lawyer, Stephan Roh, had also denied, in comments made to Adnkronos, that the person who made the audio message was the Maltese lecturer: "It is absolutely fake, 100 per cent". Roh said: "The voice is too high, it is not his accent, not his tone, he seems like a true Italian".
Collyer also blew off a filing by Mark Levin and the Landmark Legal Foundation in 2017. No excuse for her acting like she was shocked to hear the court was misled.drcrinum said:
Judge Collyer also blew off Carter Page in 2018. She's beginning to look complicit in the scheme. And even Chief Justice Roberts was Cc'ed by Page.
The Nunes memo came from his congressional committee's investigation, it wasn't rumor and innuendo. Papadop, Flynn and Page, sure, but Nunes' claims were a well documented, thoroughly researched, sanctioned investigation.SeMgCo87 said:Not agreeing they were complicit, but Nunes, Page, Papadopoulos and Flynn lobbing stuff out on the internet and into the Social Media Sphere in a plea to get insight into each of their situations is rumor and innuendo to her.whatthehey78 said:Have always thought FISC Judges were/are complicit. A well documented, thoroughly researched, sanctioned investigation, presented to Congress and all of America that clearly shows the extent to which Collier and Co. were duped, if not complicit in, an evidence rigging, procedure violating, process is a bullet to the brain for her and most likely many of the other FISC Judges.
Her public Court Order is just her trying to cover her butt, since she is the "Presiding Judge". She only alluded to "I wonder if there were other FISA Warrants that contained these errors?"
Even though the FISC Judges know the extent, IMO, they won't admit it, and the only thing that would cause a mass-resignation by them, would be an audit of a 100 or more other Warrants.
That could take years, mostly due to the additional strongmen required to legally break arms of an FBI lawyer and an Agent in front of all of the others, one at a time, until the rest all rush forward to allocute.

Yes, very true. But the Nunes memo was never released wholly un-redacted, people fingered, with 27 glossy colored photographs with circles and arrows pointing out the "errors" in the documents.Quote:

Well for heaven's sake! Clapper as ODNI, was over all of them. The only persons above him are the VP and the President.tsuag10 said:
Rush basically brought this up toward the end of the show today. He actually said that he thinks Brennan, Clapper, McCabe, and Comey aren't the real targets of Barr and Durham. He thinks they are digging for the powers above them who were pulling all the strings.
He did submit that he doesn't know if they will be able to get all the way to the top, and that Brennan et al. might be the fall-guys.
Edit: He ended that segment by saying that he thinks this is "...bigger than you could even imagine."
I don't think he means within the govt. I got the feeling he meant bigger.aggiehawg said:Well for heaven's sake! Clapper as ODNI, was over all of them. The only persons above him are the VP and the President.tsuag10 said:
