How about trump has known all along about Ukraine and Lindsey's involvement, let him know and hence the way he's gone to bat for trump, especially kavanaugh? Knowing Ukraine is the lynchpin, Lindsey is along for the ride, laying low, hoping all the other corruption overshadows him.

They have no standing to ask for this and should be considered obstructing of a federal investigation. These guys are stupid....Barr must be very close.

There's a lot I don't understand about judges rulings and attorney-client privelege, but this would seem to fall into that category.

In this context, "various equity holders" is a very odd way to refer to classification authorities. Very odd as there is nothing equitable about it. "Various classification stakeholders" would be acceptable and accurate if her motion was only being shared with agencies potentially affected. "Equity holders" could mean individuals outside and inside the government.

Van Grack should really have his ticket ripped for this crap. At this point, I almost don't care if Flynn were a serial killer, he was railroaded and his guilt plea was coerced the same as if he had been physically tortured to obtain it.

Plus his original defense attorneys had a massive conflict of interest, got their own ass in a crack and sold him down the river to cover themselves.

And yet, somehow no one (besides Flynn) suffers any consequences??????? How is it we even call it a "Justice System"? Injustice System would be more accurate. The whole system is more akin to the old baseball toss attraction at small town county fairs...NO WAY those milk bottles are getting knocked over!

Sergei Millian is quite **issed. He should be, being named by Fusion GPS/Simpson + Steele as a source for the Dossier. (He wasn't. I know someone who communicates with him, & I have seen his text messages denying he had anything to do with it.) It was a clever trick though using Steele, knowing that the pertinent info would be classified by the FBI until 2041...at least that was the plan.
