https://www.amgreatness.com/2019/05/09/was-sergey-kislyak-part-of-the-russian-collusion-hoax/

Good read. Kislyak certainly played a major role in SpyGate...especially regarding Sessions & Flynn, but he also meet with Kushner & Carter Page as well. And in the background, he also met with both Butina & Obama numerous times, as well as multiple times with Obama's confident & Ambassador to Russia, McFaul.

Kislyak began openly courting the Trump Campaign in April 2016. Something to consider: Brennan made a secret trip to Moscow in March 2016. Just a coincidence? Remember, Brennan was the key-master of SpyGate.

https://libertyunyielding.com/2019/09/06/for-the-spygate-probe-its-not-necessarily-indictments-we-want-now-or-later/

Concluding remarks of the above article:

Quote:

.......
In the same way, it is not just preferable but imperative to treat Spygate as a comprehensive disaster imperiling our existence and character as a nation. Limiting ourselves to what we will know if we prioritize indictments and convictions would be fatal. There will be long lists of things we can never indict anyone for, for a variety of reasons but that we must know about, formally, as a nation, even if that puts indictments or convictions at risk.

No prosecutorial consideration should be allowed to keep any portion of the truth a secret from the American people. The government's faith with the people has already been broken. That can't be overstressed. The restoration we need will not come from the ordinary routine of prosecuting some individuals and ignoring (even hiding) other things in order to be successful with the prosecutions.

Nor is that a sound basis for moving forward. The people need to understand that it's the conditions of government as it exists today that have set us up for this hour. Names aren't even necessarily the most important things for us to know (although we should know them, minus any figures legitimately engaged in covert espionage. It's not clear that any of those are even involved).

The people more urgently need a clear view of the policies, tools, and charters of agencies that made Spygate possible (indeed, made it inevitable). We need to understand not just who was talking to whom in our agencies and across national borders, but the agenda for their contacts, and what their purpose was in zeroing in on the 2016 election.

Indicting Andrew McCabe won't tell us those things. It might well hinder our efforts to find them out. If, after we know all we need to know to repair the foundations of our republic, we can then reasonably hope to indict some especially deserving people, so much the better. But the first priority has to be revealing the whole truth, and acting not through the courts or the executive agencies but through the house of the people, on Capitol Hill, to ponder the solutions to this greatest of quandaries: what to do to make sure this never happens again.

The above is a long serious read from a retired Naval Intelligence officer. Don't read it now -- you have football on your mind. Everyone who has been closely following SpyGate though needs to read this article. It looks at the big picture whereas most of us have been focusing on the individual trees. SpyGate was just a ripple on the surface of more serious malfeasance. If we don't comprehend the latter, we won't be able to cut off the head of the snake.

Not sure it was explained how we gain the ultimate reasons and who is responsible without indictments. Offer immunity? Ask really really nicely they expose the truth?

One argument she brought up was indictments wouldn't stick if the evidence is classified, I argue we need complete transparency. If it jeopardizes someone, pull them out. If it jeopardizes a covert operation shut it down. An attempted illegal ouster of a US candidate/sitting president is that important. Indictments for sedition, RICO violations would probably result in a lot of singing and turning over evidence implicating additional perpetrators.

We must address the very real situation that we have a two tiered justice system that is failing the American public.
Among the latter, under pretence of governing they have divided their nations into two classes, wolves and sheep.”

If anyone's forgotten...we're a country of laws and a beacon of light to the rest of the world.

JUST DO IT...sooner than later!
LOL. You say that like Trump can just stap his fingers and they all go to jail.

It don't work that way. And for the very reason you bolded.

But think of all the information Trump has. He just needs to use it. Blow the lid off this mother****er.
And he will, and he is, but it takes time and finesse.
Sorry, ain't buying it. Time/finesse? The entire story is being buried and the public has lost interest. Half a dozen persons lost their jobs MAX and it's pretty much 'business as usual' in the swamp! I expect them to exercise REAL justice or get off the pot. 'Timing' for max effect is for politicians (boo) and marketers...screw that. IF you got the goods...kick a$$ and take names or GO HOME.

Good thing you're just a message board poster and not in charge of any of this.
Sad thing those that are in charge are obviously just sitting on their thumbs. It's what the swamp does. Even more sad, you assume somethings going to happen and it will get fixed. Good luck with that.
Something happening would be the exception. I wouldn't assume anything is happening until we see it's happening.

You're assuming nothing is going to happen when there are still investigations going on, so sitting on their thumbs isn't accurate. I'd at least let those play out before declaring nothing will be done.

I'll be with you if the investigations are finished and no one gets charged. I'll be disappointed if that happens, but not shocked, as the swamp does seem to protect itself. Here's hoping that changes. That's possible as long as the investigations are still in progress.

Hmmm. It sure looks like Schiff is trying to interfere in Flynn's criminal case.

Quote:

Of Powell, Schiff wrote that she "exhibit[ed] a troubling degree of unprofessionalism" during communications with committee staffers, which were outlined in the letter.
Quote:

According to Schiff, Powell "refused to accept service" of the subpoena issued by the panel in June. Schiff indicated that Powell repeatedly sought deadline extensions for Flynn's cooperation before ultimately ignoring phone calls attempting to arrange Flynn's testimony for late July, just ahead of Congress' six-week summer recess.
Schiff also said Powell told the committee that Flynn would invoke his Fifth Amendment rights and would not answer any questions other than confirming his name. -Politico

"The Fifth Amendment privilege must be invoked in response to specific questions or topics that might tend to incriminate you if answered truthfully," wrote Schiff. "Your counsel's blanket invocation of the Fifth Amendment is, therefore, inadequate."
Schiff is a POS.

https://www.cnn.com/2019/09/09/politics/russia-us-spy-extracted/index.html

The above story appeared to be 'Fake News' IMO so I didn't post it on our thread yesterday. Others also assumed there was something fishy about it, which obviously there is as illustrated in this next article:

https://dailycaller.com/2019/09/09/cia-extracted-russian-spy-media-reports-trump/

Well, someone (@blinova14) now has apparently figured out who this spy likely was per Techno_Fog's posts below:

It doesn't seem that this spy had access to any significant intel, so why was he originally thrown under the bus in 2017? I've seen a theory proposed that his intel was used by Brennan as part of the early SpyGate plot, and another theory that his story was originally leaked in 2017 just to manufacture Russian intrigue during the early Mueller Investigation era. The association with Trump in the CNN article at the top is new though, so why did CNN run with this 'Fake News' at this time. My thoughts on the latter are: CNN, probably in conjunction with Deep State sources such as their employee Clapper, made up this story to deflect the news narrative away from Nunes' RICO suit which he filed against Fusion GPS last week.

Quote:

.....Watch whether the source comes forward now, during the 2020 presidential election campaign, with "bombshell" revelations accusing Trump of being a Manchurian candidate. His testimony would be a predictable follow-up to the "salacious and unverified" Steele dossier, for which Democrats paid money to a retired foreign intelligence official who claimed to receive information directly from the Russian government.....

Another speculation on the purpose behind CNN's 'Fake News' about Trump & the extraction of the Kremlin spy. Nah, the Democrats would never pay someone to come forward and lie about Trump, would they?

Guess what? It wasn't McCabe's call to waive or not waive the Logan Act violation. And that my friends is the entire problem with the FBI during this whole mess. Taking on much more authority than they have ever had. Only very weak or uninterested AGs allow that to happen. The FBI investigates, the DOJ makes charging decisions.

In this case, it appears CNN genuinely put out fake news.

IMO, the definition of fake news is any news outlet reporting the truth, but not the entire truth. When research and studies are completed on all of the news organizations, I've found they normally tell the truth, but like Bernie Goldberg's book "Bias", the bias is in the choice of adjectives, and wording, along with a lack of the ENTIRE truth.

If the truth were a yardstick, all of the alphabet news organizations would only "report" maybe 2 yards, leaving an additional yard (typically conservative, or provocative) completely out of the story.

This piece of information is staggering in it's incompetence and ignorance, even for CNN.
Hate is how progressives sustain themselves. Without hate, introspection begins to slip into the progressive's consciousness, threatening the progressive with the truth: that their ideas and opinions are illogical, hypocritical, dangerous, and asinine.
This is backed by data.
