Quote:

Being subpoenaed to appear in front of a judge is something most people want to actively avoid, but a report regarding the Obama-era FBI suggests dozens of agents want to have their day in court to expose government corruption.

During Sean Hannity's Fox News program Friday, the conservative host said he has learned that more than two dozen FBI agents want to be subpoenaed in order to testify about widespread abuses and political bias that occurred at the bureau during the Hillary Clinton email scandal.

"We have an (Inspector General) report coming out, and I'm told as many as 28 people that have knowledge of the Clinton email server scandal want to be subpoenaed so they can tell the story of corruption at the highest levels of the bureau at that they love," Hannity said.

It appears that Hannity isn't the only one who sees a major rift between top-level FBI figures, like former Director James Comey, and the hardworking agents who want to see justice served.

Sara Carter, an investigative journalist whose reporting on Comey, the FBI and Clinton scandals has been proven correct with shocking accuracy, agreed with the Fox host.

"There are a lot of FBI agents that want to come out and speak," Carter told Hannity. "A lot of them are current agents, which makes it very difficult for them, so they need to be subpoenaed. These are the things that Congress needs to act on."

A growing stack of evidence backs up that claim
This could get interesting if they are subpoenaed.

Gen. Flynn was cleared and was to be "Let Go" but later charged with lying. Sally Yates likely needs a Real Good Lawyer. Preibus, Yates and McGahn should all be held accountable.

Does anyone else get a Elizabeth Warren vibe from Sally Yates when she speaks? I sure do. To me they sound so much alike.
Yates has got to have native American Indian blood in her ancestry tree, like Warren.
Shoot, it's possible they both are related through the same tribe!

Hmmm. Papadopoulos wore a wire for Mueller's investigation, but he was ordered to not contact any members of the presidential campaign per the court.

Who exactly was Papadopoulos targeting to get dirt on for Mueller?

Here's something else to chew on. Since everyone is drooling waiting for IG Horowitz report...why ignore what former IG Krongard brought up this weekend on the talkshows. Krongard served as the State Dept IG from 2005-2008, he handled the transition in the State Dept. He said from day one Hillary didn't want a dot gov email and was never assigned one. How bout the IG after Krongard? There wasn't one ENTIRE time Clinton was Sec of State. He said when the transaction was done he still hadn't been relieved and was released from duty by HRC and she never appointed a new IG for the State Dept. The next State Department IG was under Kerry in late 2014. That five year gap was the longest gap in IG oversight in any department in the history of our government.

She has no plausible deniability in this because she refused a state.gov email and was never issued one and never had any IG oversight her entire tenure. Just unbelievable

And add to that the fact that Sally Yates blocked their IG from sticking his nose into the FBI's counterintelligence division. It's really unbelievable how corrupt Obama and all his tools are.

Hillary was so crooked she makes Bill look like a piker. No IG in State Department and no .gov email her entire tenure. How can that even happen? I've felt like this whole time even if she was caught she would never get punished. But if even half this stuff proves true she needs to do time. It sickens me someone like this could be the nominee of a major party, much less that she almost got elected president.

Trump has got to finish this and press hard no mater how difficult it is to expose. Even if it means burning some of these agencies down and starting over.

I was incorrect in saying yesterday that Hillary didn't appoint an IG for the State Department, it was Barry Obama that failed to do that

In case anyone is interested, HERE is a profile on Horowitz.

The guy is a straight shooter and went to war many times with the Obama Administration over, get this, their lack of transparency in forbidding IGs access to agency information. Also shows how feckless Congress has been even when he was sounding alarm after alarm about the problem.

The only thing I can sort of fault him for was not being able to nail Holder on Fast and Furious but now seeing as how DOJ was aligned against letting him do his job, that sad fact is more understandable.

And you'll note that Congress finally acted and Obama signed an act revising the powers of IGs to investigate on his way out of the door in December 2016. I'm sure in Obama's mind, he was opening a minefield in which to get Trump. After Obama had thwarted and obfuscated IGs for his entire time in office.

Well, it seems Horowitz will get the last word on that, Barry.

Byron York's article about the events surrounding Flynn was interesting in that it was Yates and Comey that were trying to bait Trump into an obstruction question in the Flynn matter.

They refused to tell White House counsel and Chief Staff, Priebus, whether there was a transcript of the calls between Flynn and Kislyak, whether an investigation was open or not on Flynn. And let's not forget McCabe's personal animus for Flynn.

The lack of good faith being exhibited by anyone in DOJ/FBI during the transition and very early days of the Trump administration is appalling and galling. They were actively trying to entrap Trump.

The article is Here.

From the article:
Quote:

Finally, on December 16, 2016, Obama signed the Inspectors General Empowerment Act into law.
I don't think Obama understood how it would allow the IG to scoop up records of malfeasance that occurred during his tenure. Or if he did, he thought he could limit the damage. There was a reason Barry, Michelle, and Valerie chose to remain in D.C.

Agree. He never thought how that would boomerang right back at him. I am glad that Horowitz announced his investigation before Trump was inaugurated, though. Takes that particular talking point spin away from the forthcoming howls from Obamaites.
