Don't forget that there has been talk on the Q site and Backchannel of some sort of major drop of info, video or something in the 19th. They are just preparing for it to try to distract from what every drop it is, IF THERE IS A DROP.

2) Were Fusion GPS employees the 'private contractors' performing illegal searches using the NSA databases?
3) What was Nellie Ohr's role in the dossier?
4) Are there direct ties between Fusion GPS & Obama?
5) Was Fusion GPS acting as an intermediary between the FBI/DOJ & Steele?
6) Who formulated the plan to compile the dossier and when?
7) Did Fusion GPS plan the Trump Jr. Tower meeting in June 2016?
8) Was Fusion GPS paying Venelnitskaya?
9) Is Fusion GPS a Kremlin disinformation outlet?

I'm certain there are more questions.

While I agree with her statements, this isn't journalism. She was trying to make a show instead of letting him answer her question. She didn't even word the question in a way for him to have to respond in a dignified manner.

Did you watch the longer version? The first time she asked it was very answerable. When they started escorting her is when it got ugly. Comey wasn't going to respond whatsoever.

Almost seems like a front?
Reminds me of a little local Italian Pizza place we had by our house. Every pizza to go place is run by 17-22 year old kids, this one had four Guidos over fifty. I always kidded my wife that I wanted to get in on the sports betting but was afraid to ask.
One Friday I worked late my wife told me to get a Pizza on my way home. This was a Friday around 7pm. I go in to order pizza and they tell me it will be 2 hours because they forgot to turn on the oven. So this pizza joint that opens at 3pm didn't have a single customer on a Friday. Whatever business they were in wasn't Pizza.

Fusion GPS is exactly the same its not making money on any legit business.

Now let's see if there is some quick plea deal for some minor thing to make the SDNY thing go away. Note that Judge Wood has partially walked back her comments made from the bench and has made no ruling on the issue of a Special Master being appointed and delaying the inspection of the materials seized from Cohen.

All of which means there is a window for negotiations. Cohen made the first move in dropping the Fusion case.

And before you ask, yes, that is highly illegal to threaten criminal prosecution in order to settle or dismiss a civil matter. If that is what is going on.

I'm just still curious how Comey was able to fast track the Book to be cleared for publishing as required by DOJ policy? Not clear if even it's covered by law, governing ongoing investigations.

If emails were exchanged with Obama discussing framing Trump, or hiding HRCs email shenanigans, could he claim executive privilege and prevent them from being used against him or anyone else in the emails?

He didn't submit it to DOJ for clearance, is my understanding. No one has screamed about his revealing classified information yet so I guess he managed to avoid that trip wire.

Can't believe Mueller is very happy with him though. This book and his interviews have been a disaster for his credibility and by extension, Mueller's investigation. Comey's so tone deaf he told Colbert he believed the Russia investigation made him bullet proof from being fired by Trump.
