Peter Strzok, former head of counterespionage at the FBI admitted that there's no there, there. No Trump collusion with Russia. Mueller has to know that also. Mueller's best move might be striking a deal with Trump on U1 and other Dem scandals.

Actuallty Mueller's best move is to honestly and truthfully do the job that he was appointed to do!

I am quite sure that when Comey came into this he was convinced that Trump has in someway been in league with the Russians. I am sure the dems thought this as well. We know they are not againstlying and fabricating stuff to justify their belief. They are the epitome of Machiavellianism.

The Swamp is real, it is deep. Still quite sure that when Mueller came in he was convinced that Trump probably had some ties to Putin or Russia. Now he knows that there is no there, there. He also I am sure wanted to protect the FBI. Well the FBI is frigging flames and should be and now his buddy Comey is totally discredited and maybe, should be perp walked.

Was/is Mueller as corrupt as Comey? Or could it be that Mueller can be 'flipped' to actually do his real job which was to look into all manner of Russian collusion with the US elections and governmental which would lead him to many Dems and Hillary?

We will see? The IG report is going to be a NUke that could take out Rosenstien as well! He signed off on the last Fisa warrant.

It seems to be they went 'all in' on a gamble. And they lost.

They really believe they would find something of substance to pin on Trump. So they kept renewing the FIsa warrant on Page, I am sure Trump knew it as well. He has acted like one who has nothing to hide from day one. He can afford to play the long game, the waiting game. All the way Horowitz and the leg has taking a bulldozer to the swamp and is plowing away.

So the dem, swamp and MSM strategy now is to create as many false flags and diversions as they can.
And try to fling whatever dung they can find or create on to the wall they This whole shooting and gun issue, NRA, is nothing more then a desperate attempt to divert people away from the steady and consistent force that is surrounding and has the swamp under siege.

My question for Muller; is he a total swamp creature or is there something in him that really wants to truth to come out and be established.

In reality few things could be better for the country then for Mueller to come out and declare that he has found absolutely no evidence of collusion between the Russians and Trump and that if there was any interaction between Trump and the Russians it happened outside of Trumps knowledge and that there is not evidence in anyway shape or from that the Russians have any sort of leverage against Trump to cause him to be compromised.

That is salvo that the MSM couln't survive, they have pinned all their hopes and dreams on that.

Maybe just maybe, Mueller can do the right thing! Maybe.

https://threadreaderapp.com/thread/967128176878084098.html

The above is a new thread on Alex Van der Zwaan, an attorney (relegated to 'former' employee in 2017) for the international law firm Skadden Arps, who was indicted by Mueller on February 20 -- the thread covers info available on the Internet concerning Zwaan. To comprehend the potential implications, you need to be aware of the tread by Imperator Rex on Zwaan previously posted:

https://threadreaderapp.com/thread/966121512825585664.html?refreshed=yes

Also, you need to know the relationships between Paul Manafort, Rick Gates & Viktor Yanukovych (Ukraine), best revealed in:

https://www.theatlantic.com/magazine/archive/2018/03/paul-manafort-american-hustler/550925/

I remarked that this was like a Russian novel...perhaps it's worse. I'll briefly go through where Mueller may be going, but the names are complicated/confusing, so don't get mad at me. (I bolded names.)

First subplot, significance unknown:
Van der Zwaan's father-in-law is German Khan, owner of Alfa Group/Alfa Bank. Was it just a coincidence that Alfa Bank was named in the dossier, and now Khan & associates have filed legal suites against Fusion GPS, Gregg Simpson, BuzzFeed & Chris Steele?

Second subplot, important:
Manafort began working with the Party of Regions in the Ukraine in 2004/5; he also did work with several oligarchs. Yanukovych was defeated for the Presidency of Ukraine in 2004 following an election tainted with fraud. In 2009 he announced his intent to run again...Manafort (Gates also but to a lesser extent) managed his campaign and greatly exceeded expectations in the 2010 election. Manafort was richly rewarded and given free run of the Presidential Palace. Important to remember, Yanukovych was pro-Putin. During the next 4 years, large amounts (>$40 billion) of money disappeared from government sources into foreign banks. There are current ongoing investigations into these monies, and Ukrainian prosecutors want to question Manafort, Yanukovych's advisor.

Third subplot, very important:
After one year in office, Yanukovych imprisoned his chief rival from the opposition (anti-Russian) party, Prime Minister Tymoshenko. The jailing was controversial...enter diplomatic pressure from the US...and Skadden Arps was commissioned by Yanukovych's Justice Minister to write a report justifying the confinement. (Note: Manafort's daughter worked for Skadden Arps from 2012-16.) Enter attorneys Greg Craig & Clifford Sloan, principals (former Clinton/Obama cronies), and several secondaries including Van der Zwaan. The report was issued in 2012. A subsequent Ukrainian investigation resulted in Skadden Arps returning some of these fees to the Ukraine in June 2017 due to pressure from Ukrainian and US prosecutors (presumably Mueller). You see it was this 2012 report by Skadden which formed part of the basis for Mueller's indictments of Manafort & Gates for acting as unregistered lobbying agents (FARA) of the Ukraine. Note: Tony Podesta was hired during this era to perform PR for Ukraine in the US. More is expected to be revealed on this association in the future.

Fourth subplot, maybe important:
One of Yanukovych's earliest international supporters was SOS Hillary Clinton who visited Yanukovych in the Ukraine in 2010. This likely was due to billionaire Victor Pinchuk, an ardent Yanukovych supporter, who also began donating to the Clinton Foundation in 2009 and who became one of the largest donors to the CF & Clinton Global Initiative.

Fifth subplot, maybe important:
Which now brings us back to the Van der Zwaan indictment and now the Gates indictment. The Van der Zwaan indictment discusses him communicating in 2014 & 2016 with Gates and Person A, a long time business associate of Manafort and Gates in Ukraine, including texts, telephone calls and e-mail. Who is Person A? (Not Yanukovych -- he has been in exile in Russia since 2014; likely not Pinchuk -- no known formal association with Manafort; not Deripaska -- he is Russian.) Possibilities:

1) Ukrainian natural gas oligarch Dmytro] Firtash -- former business partner of Manafort; wanted by FBI in US for bribery; wanted by Spanish authorities; asylum in Austria for last 3 years; just arrested this week.
2) Serhiy Lyovochkin -- Head of Administration under Yanukovych; now leader of an opposition political party encompassing remnants of Yanukovych's Party of Regions; hired Manafort in 2014; co-ownership of largest TV & news network in Ukraine with Dmytro Firtash (see above).
3) Ukrainian oligarch Rinat Akhmetov -- one of richest men in Ukraine although currently embroiled in many legal disputes involving ownership of his assets; member of Party of Regions & supporter of Yanukovych; responsible for bringing Manafort, his friend, to the Ukraine in 2004/5 and hired him; possible organized crime figure.

After going through all of this, I can see money laundering, bank fraud, & organized crime, but I don't see any connections or associations leading to Trump Russian collusion. This is all Ukrainian stuff and doesn't seem to serve the purposes of the SC. Yanukovych was clearly Pro-Putin, Pro-Russian, but he was ousted from power in 2014 and fled in exile. Either Mueller is trying to pressure Manafort/Gates into revealing something else that could be used against Trump, or he is planning to move on Tony Podesta so that he can go after the Clinton Foundation.

The only thing I know is the association between the DNC & the Ukrainians via the DNC staffer Alexandra Chalupa. They were trying to sabotage the Trump campaign via bad press on Manafort, at which they succeeded. But I don't know anything about Schiff. Sorry.

Hardly a coup. Yanukovych's 2010 Administration was marked by massive corruption and rise of the robber capitalists. He jailed political opponents, most notably the Prime minister, and reneged on his promise to join the EU, instead favoring Russia. He rigged elections. And then the protests started. His own party, the Party of Regions, disowned him, and 73% of Parliament voted to remove him as President. He fled in exile to Russia in 2014.

I think you are referring to the Orange Revolution in Ukraine in 2004/5, where Yanukovych won the Presidential election but there was massive voter fraud in the runoff election. There was a nationwide uprising, the Supreme Court declared the election invalid, and then international organizations came in for a second runoff election. Yanukovych lost the second runoff election. That was the time that Manafort came upon the scene.

The Schiff Memo is out. It's 10 pages long. My only access at this time is via Twitter. It is contained in 3 tweets, 4 pages in each the first two tweets and 2 pages in the third. Click on the images and you can view each page one by one. Might be difficult on a phone to manipulate. I'm posting the without reading as it will take a while to parse them:

At least Green Eggs & Ham rhymed. That's a whole lot of nothing. The redactions actually make it seem worse for the Dem position because there is no corroboration for the FISA warrant application for Page, other than the Steele dossier.

And as to the Isikoff Yahoo article, it is still independent verification of the claims made in the Steele because no one knows what Steele told Isikoff? Really??

Laughable. Now we know why it was released on a Saturday afternoon. Bunch of nothing.

Not really. The redacted material might point to something the FBI considered corroboration for Steele's reports.

I'll wait and see how long it takes for the central tenet that the FBI was completely unaware of the existence of the Steele reports until September 2016. I doubt the timeline the Dems are pushing will actually match up with the truth, as revealed in communications between FBI and DOJ employees that IG Horowitz has gathered.

Further, Papadop talking to the Australian government member about the Russians having Hillary's emails (the 34,000 she deleted) in March-April of 2016 during the height of the email investigation of Hillary, should have set off such alarm bells at the FBI that they would have tracked that down post haste. Not open an investigation into Trump in July 2016 because of it.

That's the true stink here. Hillary was given a HQ special and pronounced just a harmless idiot. That was the plan. BUT, if the Russians had hacked her server and had those emails, wouldn't the FBI want to find out if the central tenet that she wasn't hacked was wrong?? Wouldn't those emails be kompromat the Russians could use against her as President???

Also why wasn't this highly placed mole's information used for the warrant application? McCabe has already testified that the dossier was needed for the warrant. I would think that information would trump the flimsy dossier (Putin...err pun intended).

Best guess? Might not have been ours completely. GCHQ is a signals Brit agency and have been mentioned a lot in regards to the Russia matter. But there could be another Brit intelligence arm that has a mole embedded. Brits may have unfettered access to all of our NSA meta-data but that doesn't mean we have access to all of their spies. Not by name at least.

Hillary was supposed to win. Then, Trump was supposed to be impeached. The spying on Carter Page and the connected 702 unmaskings were supposed to come to light but would you blame the Brits for being reticent and not sharing that info about one of their assets to the Obama administration??
