Hard to say but it did generate some letters from DOJ....

Quote:

Documents obtained by Circa outside of the lawsuit show that the U.S. attorney's office in Washington in 2015 approved a grant of limited immunity for Montgomery so he could explain how he managed to walk out of his contract and the buildings he worked in with the classified material.

The Circa article has a copy of the DOJ letter.

Actually the suit was filed in June 2017. According to the suit, he's been trying to get FBI to act on his evidence of illegal spying since 2015.

Again, not saying this is valid but some of the stuff that's come to light recently seem to corroborate his claims of illegal spying.

Article was written by Patrick Howley, a journalist that worked for Breitbart, Washington Free Beacon, and Daily Caller.

Quote:

Clapper discussed blocking the inauguration on the grounds that Trump was an illegitimate president due to alleged Russian interference in the election, according to the sources. It is not known whether Clapper ever actually convened a meeting with a Supreme Court justice to discuss the Russia case, or whether he simply discussed the idea of doing so. By the time Trump entered office on January 20, the Russia narrative was already underway.

A high-level member of the intelligence community who witnessed the meeting said that Clapper discussed going to one of three female Supreme Court justices to make the case that alleged Russian interference could invalidate Trump's claim to the presidency.

Source: Twitter Pins #ReleaseTheMemo on Republicans, Not Russia

#ReleaseTheMemo has been trending widely since late last week. It urges the House intelligence committee to release what its Republican authors claim is a finding of widespread FBI misconduct aimed at surveilling and discrediting Donald Trump....

On Tuesday, two Democratic leaders urged Facebook and Twitter to conduct an "in-depth forensic examination" of #ReleaseTheMemo to determine the extent of Russian propaganda promoting the hashtag. They relied on a report from the German Marshall Fund's Alliance for Securing Democracy claiming that #ReleaseTheMemo was had become the favorite hashtag of Russian-sponsored Twitter accounts....

"If these reports are accurate, we are witnessing an ongoing attack by the Russian government through Kremlin-linked social media actors directly acting to intervene and influence our democratic process," Sen. Dianne Feinstein and Rep. Adam Schiff, two California Democrats, wrote to Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey and Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg.

But a knowledgeable source says that Twitter's internal analysis has thus far found that authentic American accounts, and not Russian imposters or automated bots, are driving #ReleaseTheMemo....

Funny how they could do that in a matter of days but couldn't identify "Russian bots" for over a year.

As Big League Politics reported: real estate mogul Timothy Blixseth claims that he saw records from CIA and NSA whistleblower Dennis Montgomery proving that Clapper and Obama CIA director John Brennan oversaw repeated spying on the phone calls of President Donald Trump and millions of other private American citizens, including Supreme Court Justice John Roberts. Fired former FBI director James Comey received evidence from the whistleblower's lawyer but sat on it.
Hasn't that guy been discredited? Or am I confusing him with someone else??
I don't think he's been discredited. He was blown off by Comey et al, but we now know they weren't honestly doing the People's business.

Not sure what he had or knows, but I truly think he did believe he was blowing the whistle and trying to protect the Republic. And in hindsight, maybe he was and was just unlucky enough to take his case to crooked government employees.

Would be interesting if the powers-that-be looked back into Montgomery and his story. What they find might be shocking.

ALLEGED TOP SECRET MEETING: Spooks including Mueller met during Trump transition to discuss how the intelligence community would handle "Bombastic" & "Uninformed" new President.

A source on the inside has informed me of a top secrete meeting that is alleged to have taken place between prominent intelligence community officials, both currently serving and retired.

The source details a meeting that took place in Virginia of December 2016 at the The Ritz-Carlton, Tysons Corner. Officials met for several hours, there were some very, very prominent intelligence officials there, including Robert Mueller, James Comey, Peter Strzok, Andrew McCabe, John Brennan, James Clapper, Leon Panetta, Phill Mud, David Petraeus, Michael Hayden & former Attorney General Eric Holder.
The meeting was prompted out of concern that Trump could act irrationally and do something to jeopardize national security. It was apparently an ongoing effort to essentially take shadowy control over the nations foreign policy decision making & military apparatus.

From day one these officials didn't plan on letting the President Trump do the job the American people elected him to do the source alleges, who attended the meeting.

Seems way too neatly wrapped up in a bow, but have at it.
"If you will not fight for right when you can easily win without blood shed; if you will not fight when your victory is sure and not too costly; you may come to the moment when you will have to fight with all the odds against you and only a precarious chance of survival. There may even be a worse case. You may have to fight when there is no hope of victory, because it is better to perish than to live as slaves." - Sir Winston Churchill

Looks like Mueller is trying to get ahead of the memo by demanding an interview with Trump to ask him about firing Flynn and Comey.

Of course, that is nothing more than attempting to set a process crime trap.

Of course it is. It's all these deranged lunatics have now.

There never was any collusion. Now everyone knows there is no obstruction of justice as well.

Mueller's reputation is getting torpedoed with this witch hunt.

This is what happens when a person is consumed with Trump Derangement Syndrome and lives in an echo chamber with a looney tune like Comey.

At least Big Rob has us to pull him back to reality.
We know now that Mueller is a bad guy. They need to get his texts and emails to check him out.

And it appears that Rosenstein was reauthorizing the FISA warrants knowing full well that they were based on that bogus dossier.

He's not a FISC judge. He couldn't reauthorize anything. BUT he could be complicit in okaying lying to a federal judge. Potentially disbarrable offense if he did it knowingly.

Now that puts many DOJ lawyers in a pickle. Assume you are a lawyer in DOJ attached to FBI's counter intelligence unit. You are tasked with crafting a FISA warrant and are handed a "dossier" or just selected "facts" on which to base it. Just how closely would you question the veracity of the info given to you by your fellow FBI agents??

DOJ lawyers question FBI work product all of the time. They don't want to go into court with BS and look bad. (Just like local elected District Attorneys, the case closure rate is everything for their careers. Losing a 90% granted FISA application is a bad thing for career longevity.)

Puzzling.
