BTW, there hasn't been much talk of the unsealed indictments that were getting so much run a few months ago, but the release says it was unsealed today. Could be the beginning...

George Webb has this bizarre tie together of Fusion GPS and U1 trucking company. An LLC that Glenn SImpson set up shares the same main address as the trucking company that was taking yellowcake to Canada. The Trucking Company base terminal is in Douglas Wyoming but the LLC for it is registered at the same physical address as Simpsons LLC Cemex or something close to that. Could be one of those lease spot LLC brokers, but that's not really a tax advantage being in Tenn. Most do that sort of thing in Nev or Del. Just so much clutter and intertanglement through this entire thing. What are the odds that Anwar Awan have a branch office in LR Ark??

May have to do with state organization statutes but just a guess. For instance, in some situations, you can have nominee shareholders in Nevada. Perhaps you can have nominee members or something?
