Does this mean anything or is it a feel good memo?
Watergate burglary occurred June 1972. Nixon resigned August 1974 and spent the latter part of 1973 through August '74 in utter hell. Mueller/Comey haven't laid a finger on Trump in roughly the same time frame. Even using surveillance and two hops that were unheard of in the early 70s.Agnzona said:

LOL. I honestly don't think of that movie as chick pic. I loved the scenery and I'm not talking about Brad Pitt.Pinche Abogado said:
Great movie, though the bros of the board might chastise me for saying so.

Sock outing?txwxman said:Yes, but I fear Trump Jr. and Kushner will be caught up in all this. Trump will rightfully pardon them, so it's imperative the R's hold Congress to provide some protection for the President.aggiehawg said:Watergate burglary occurred June 1972. The full weight of our IC and the British IC came crushing down upon Trump and he's been unscathed. Their reputations (and chances of continued liberty outside prison walls) are severely diminished, OTOH.
What was that line from Legends of the Fall? " [Trump] was like the water than freezes inside of a rock and breaks it apart."

Swallowswell was on Tucker Carlson spewing more of his idiocy. Doubled and tripled down on the "Trump asked Russia to help get Hillary's emails" as evidence of collusion. Couldn't find it on YouTube yet. Starts about 15 minutes into the show.
If that's all they have left, then they're now digging under the barrel.VegasAg86 said:

Most reporting has focused on the July 31, 2016, creation of a document formally marking the beginning of the FBI counterintelligence probe targeting the Trump campaign. The document, known as the electronic communication, or EC, is said to have focused on the case of George Papadopoulos, the peripheral Trump adviser who has pleaded guilty to lying to special counsel Robert Mueller about his contacts with people connected to Russia.
Quote:
And that has taken them back to March 21, 2016, when candidate Donald Trump met with the editorial board of the Washington Post.
At the time of that meeting, Trump had been under criticism for not having the sort of lists of distinguished advisers that most top-level campaigns routinely assemble. That was particularly true in the area of foreign policy. A frustrated Trump ordered his team to compile a list of foreign-affairs advisers.
Trump was preparing to announce his advisory board when he met with the Post. The paper's publisher asked Trump if he would reveal the names of his new team.
"Well, I hadn't thought of doing it, but if you want I can give you some of the names," Trump said. He then read a brief list, among them Page and Papadopoulos.
Trump's announcement did not go unnoticed at the FBI and Justice Department. The bureau knew Page from a previous episode in which Russian agents had tried, unsuccessfully, to recruit him. It's not clear what the FBI knew about the others. But then-Director James Comey and number-two Andrew McCabe personally briefed Attorney General Loretta Lynch on the list of newly-named Trump foreign policy advisers, including Page, according to U.S. officials familiar with the matter.

Who now thinks thatSharyl AttkissonChief Justice John Roberts wasn't spied on? This corruption goes to the heart of the Obama regime, the DNC, and Hillary and her den of thieves. If big names do not get serious jail time, our rule of law as well as our republic is lost. We are a banana republic if that happens.
