The FBI Little Rock field office opened their investigation into the Clinton Foundation on January 27, 2016 "with caveats from FBI HQ." Those caveats were that no overt investigative steps could be taken until after the 2016 election.

No interviews, no search warrants, no subpoenas. Nothing could be done that would actually expose the investigation was taking place. This is much different from the very public manner in which they've handled all things related to Donald Trump.

Also, the FBI opened Crossfire Hurricane on July 31st, 2016. The very next day (August 1, 2016) FBI headquarters ordered FBI Little Rock to shut down it's investigation into the Clinton Foundation stating that the FBI NY field office would be the sole division responsible for the investigation.

Wonder why they wanted FBI NY to do the investigation and not FBI LR who had been on it for 6 months already? (rhetorical)

Freakin' Comey.

She and Strzok certainly never had a problem bankrupting Republicans and Trump supporters nor throwing them in jail, based on evidence they manufactured or knew it was fabricated.

I'm in full agreement. Just noting that fire you have. Wonderful to see.

I have a slow fuse as lawyers are more naturally cautious. BUT since I was in this thread in real time as it was unfolding, my fuse became shorter and shorter with that crap the FBI was doing.

I'd love for a judgment against them to wipe out the ridiculous settlement they received from the Biden administration.

In the 'grand conspiracy' I think Ciaramella is the easiest to go after in court, to get him to turn on McCord etc.

The Ukraine impeachment fiasco was again a cover-up of the Russiagate one. Eric Ciaramella, Brennan's CIA operative who pretended to be a "whistleblower" and conspired with Adam "Shifty" Schiff and the fat Vindman to impeach President Trump over Ukraine, was heavily involved in the $1 billion "loan" deal to Ukraine by the Obama/Biden Administration, as with Victoria Nuland.

The money laundering operation was fundamentally simple: US taxpayer money offshored to Ukraine via "loans" never to be repaid, then returns to the US as political donations to Democrats, NGO's, etc (notice he works for several now, including the 'Carnegie Endowment for International Peace). President Trump threatened this scheme, hence the impeachment.

He was referred by Tulsi to the DoJ on April 18th, and should have been indicted by now, imho.

What these conspirators "should have" is largely not allowed to be discussed outside of Nuremburg. But my goodness is justice vastly overdue. Glad to see wheels are finally turning.

Yeah, and it's the single biggest scandal in American history, in truth. The legal ramifications are still ongoing/playing out; it could go many more years imho.

Personally, it's my favorite TA thread (or tied with 'sketchy feeling about Fauci').

The entire episode is great, fwiw, though not entirely on-topic as to this thread throughout the conversation (though the corruption of our republic via NGO's/branches of the deep state is really the broader topic of the russiagate conspiracy/criminals itself. Pertinent talk is at 9:00 or so):

I highly doubt it. But the notable and real fanaticism around the whole 'russian collusion' eschatology still exists and is astounding to me.

There has never, ever been evidence that Russia colluded to elect Trump, in 2016 or otherwise. Putin/Kremlin actually favored GCF. The very minor investment in some online ads were for both candidates to sew distrust.

This article by JTN is not surprising. It states that the FBI's CR-15 team refused to release all the 'evidence' collected during the corrupt Arctic Frost investigation of Trump and to keep it sealed until after he leaves office so that a lawfare prosecution over contesting the 2020 election can be resurrected.

https://justthenews.com/government/courts-law/fbi-and-jack-smith-prosecutor-sought-hold-anti-trump-evidence-until-he-left

Though the corrupt behavior of politicized FBI agents is not surprising, what is really infuriating is Kash Patel's carefully worded statement that he "shut down CR-15." What's he did not say is that the agents who were part of CR-15 were fired or that they are under investigation for a conspiracy to defraud the government.

Fire them, don't reassign them.

Firing them protects them on some ways from institutional investigation. If they remain employed, they are easier to investigate and compel to give information

LOL, Barb, Russia always tries to interfere in our elections, that has nothing to do with Trump. Any agency claiming they colluded with Trump is part of the conspiracy.
