This thread is dead for now. How Sullivan is still a judge at this point proves my point that our judiciary completely sucks.SeMgCo87 said:
Such a grand old thread...
A raise back to page 1...
Sullivan's "article" dropping the case after Trump pardoned Flynn was exceptionally awful. I only read about half, but Sullivan seemed so vitriolic. In fact, it read quite a bit like a political statement, and I'll never forget it.aggiehawg said:This thread is dead for now. If the S doesn't hit the fan on Jan 6, the Q thread will be dead.valvemonkey91 said:
There better be some arrests and indictments soon or the Q thread is going to surpass this one in pages.
Neither this thread, nor the Qanon thread, were really intended to last even THIS long.MooreTrucker said:If the S doesn't hit the fan on Jan 6, the Q thread will be dead.valvemonkey91 said:

Alright, here's something I think this thread can discuss and argue.
Hawg, you can step on me quick if I'm out of line...
SOS of Georgia recorded a conversation with Trump, without his knowledge or consent...SOS indicated even he didn't know, although I heard a report earlier that said SOS aids indicated that, "it may prove useful".
All from FOX...
My question is, I thought that recording a telephone conversation without permission is a felony...
Should they charge and perp walk the SOS and his Staff? TODAY, if not storm his house with 1,000 man SWAT force tomorrow morning at 5:00 am.
Go ahead, make my day...
In Georgia, it is not.Quote:

Legal or illegal makes no difference. If it's true it was released, it tells us all we need to know.BMX Bandit said:Quote:
there was no "illegal release" of the call.
I haven't confirmed for myself that it's true. I'm just reading the thread. Thus the "if".BMX Bandit said:
What do you mean if it's true? It was released.
Georgia is a one-party state, meaning an individual can record a conversation as long as they are party to the conversation. So you can record a conversation with your boss without their knowledge and it can be used as evidence. You cannot record others conversations you are not a party to.SeMgCo87 said:

there is the Mil option. can be used just about any time, even after the 20th...MooreTrucker said:If the S doesn't hit the fan on Jan 6, the Q thread will be dead.valvemonkey91 said:

Yes; the person recording it knew. DC law also allows this similarly.will25u said:
GA is a one party state. If Raffenburger(as he stated) didn't know and Trump didn't know, but was recorded by a third party, is it legal?
There's still time to appoint an independent counsel. Now that Biden is officially elected by the EC, and Barr is out of the way, it should be easy to do/justify, and in a sane world the press would demand Biden confirm he won't fire this person...but, sane world? LOL.will25u said:
Don't know if this will be seen elsewhere...
