I've wondered about it being someone from InfoWars or some other investigative journalist who broke in.

Honestly, the first thing I thought when I heard about the break in was this:

Possibility. It just makes ZERO sense to me that they wouldn't be guarding the home of the man who carried out the biggest mass shooting in our history. That is a level of "incompetence" I can't wrap my head around.

True. It could have been anyone.

Supposedly they WERE guarding it...which is even more strange:

Quote:

According to authorities, a number of unidentified individuals descended on Paddock's home in the Del Webb retirement community just outside Reno, bypassing both state and federal law enforcement who were assigned to protect the property.

Local law enforcement says it's not clear how the group got into the home, which is supposed to be under round-the-clock surveillance, and they do not have any suspects

I agree there was only one shooter but there were no hallway security cameras.
CONSPIRACY THEORIST!!!!!

Literally no witnesses of Paddock firing the weapon.
No witnesses of Campos getting shot.
No witnesses of Paddock getting shot.

What about the witnesses that sold him the same guns found in the hotel room?

They came forward already.

Maybe they planted manufactured "evidence" instead of broke in for theft. Now it needs to be "re-searched" for more "evidence"? Lol

"A number" of people accessed his home without authorities knowing?

How did the authorities learn of it?

Maybe there is a simpler explanation where it was an error or mistake made by the authorities, like the last investigator out the door forgot to close the door? Then they come back they find the door open and think it was a burglar? Or one of the authorities did something dumb and doesn't want to fess up to it?

But really, WHO in the hell would want to go through the trouble of evading authorities to get in the home. Someone who knows something. Maybe Paddocks crime ring knows about a secret safe he has and tried to get to it? Of this entire story I think someone burglarizing his home while it was under protection is the most bizarre to date.

Random thought...can you imagine this thread if MF Barnes had been the shooter? Or if they find Paddock's computer and see that he had a Texags account under MF Barnes??
If mfbarnes had been the shooter, he would've posted his gun collection on the OB board and Instagrammed a photoshopped picture of himself with the prostitute. Texags would catch him in a day.

Another point is some of you do not understand how massive these hotel/casinos are. An example is I stayed on the 28th floor while we were working a trade show in the same hotel (Mandalay), and it was over a mile walk to the trade show from my room. With elevators, escalators, and crowds it took over 20 minutes to walk. You are talking about getting off the elevator, on your floor, and still having a 5 minute walk to your room. So keep this in mind when you bring up response times and why more people didn't hear the shots. Hell, it is a solid 3-4 minute walk from the main entrance to the first elevator bank if that is what first responders used. That is also knowing exactly where you are going and without a panic induced public.
Also from the Ocean's 11 Clooney operational brief - the casinos are designed like mazes to keep people in, you need to know the quick ways out.

In some cases, it might take a few stays at the same property to figure out that there's a quicker way between point A and B because the Casinos want to you follow the maze like you're at IKEA.

3 years running, I had to participate in a event at one casino while staying at another. One of my colleagues was obsessed with counting his steps and he logged like 7 miles in one day back and forth between the two properties. And if you're in the convention rooms at the back of the Mirage for example, it is at least a half-mile out to The Strip.

MB's freight elevators had security cameras but did not require a security code to use them.

I'm now thinking the bad info on the timeline initially was due to incorrect info provided by the hotel to the investigators.

I think the hotel got notified by Campos and the maintenance man that one of their Whales was shooting up the hallway, and instead of immediately alerting police, the hotel hesitated and maybe thought they could handle it internally. I don't think it would have made much of a difference, but I think the hotel was afraid in the hours after attack that their indecisiveness might have contributed to making the shooting worse, so they fudged to the investigators about the timeframe. Then I think video evidence revealed the truth, so the investigators corrected it.

tons of video evidence. Obviously not any down the hallway or anything like that, but I'm sure there is video of the maintenance man and Campos downstairs going up to respond to the calls, maybe even riding up the freight elevator. I'm sure the radio records of MB are also logged and can be compared to the videos on the ground of the shooting/gunshots going off that we have all seen to piece together a timeframe.

So are you asking that posters who stated it wasn't a conspiracy to speak out now?

If so, I still don't believe it is some conspiracy or government cover up. I do believe and always have that he didn't get all of his money from real estate. He could of, and probably was doing something illegal. Money laundering if I had to guess.

-The idea that he was a gun runner doing deals on the 32nd floor of a busy hotel makes no sense whatsoever. It is even more ludicrous that he was running guns to ISIS as has been suggested.
-The idea that he is some deep agent of an alphabet agency is also nuts.
-The idea that he was a Jihadi is way out there.

My best guess is he is pretty intelligent and became psychotic over the past year or so. People that are nuts don't always do logical things. That is why some of his plan was well thought out, and some of it wasn't.
