Also... why is a room service guy keeping receipts, personally? Shouldn't those be turned in?

Color me skeptical, all this info coming out almost 2 days after the incident, about stuff on paper (the shooter training and now this) to me are people trying to be important. They easily fabricate the "evidence" of something because printers can be manipulated to do what we tell them.

There may be a need to keep receipts until the guest has checked out for various reasons.

He may not have kept them, but they are on file. He knew he served the shooter so could find them quickly.

It's not. Not sure what this company does and haven't googled it, but here's the info.
It seems to match Volant, LLC; the private defense, intelligence, and security firm out of Virginia.

You're right. We should all just sit back & be spoon fed whatever the media wants to feed us.
You're right. LVPD, FBI, etc should just data dump every bit of information they have during an open investigation so the likes of TexAgs can be satisfied.

The one source says that Paddock was there since the 25th, but got the connecting room on the 28th. It's possible the 28th reported date was some miscommunication or misunderstanding? Maybe someone just looked up one room but not both at first?

so he had the adjoining room since the 28th, but the suite longer. I don't think that is a conspiracy then to say that the police lied about checking in on the 28th. more of an oversight.

Me too. It does show reservation for 2 guests. That doesn't prove there were 2 people checked in but surely Casino cameras capable of detecting micro-gestures of gamblers can show any and all interactions this guy had while on premises.

The room service receipts add an interesting twist...

Seems pretty clear that he was there before the 28th, and he wasn't alone the entire time...

Could be hooker? Could be accomplice? Could be a number of explanations...but there is more to the story that has yet to come out...
