It's just for my own personal enjoyment. I'm a big supporter/fan of Bonfire. I went to the Bonfire exhibit that was put together in honor of the 10-year anniversary of the collapse. While I was viewing that, I overheard some men talking about back when they worked on Bonfire so I walked over to them and asked if they worked on it and they said yes. I asked if I could interview them and they said yes. I asked them what they think of the Bonfire tradition, if they think it should continue, what they think of Student Bonfire, etc. I actually got lucky because they were the student workers of the 1963 Aggie Bonfire and that was the year that it was cancelled because of President Kennedy's assassination.
I'm wanting to interview other former students who worked on Bonfire to ask them similar questions and to see what working on Bonfire was and still is like. This is just for my own personal enjoyment to watch.
Would you be interested? I would very much appreciate it! I grew up around A&M and Bonfire and went to it as a child and still have a very strong interest in it.
