My only issue with Season 1 was how tame these "mobsters" are.
In the movie, those mobsters put on that "Gentleman" identity, but they were brutal. In Season 1, I felt they portrayed the main characters as way too nice. Aside from that, I enjoyed it.

Ep 1 was fun, we're introducing some colorful new characters. I'm interested to see where they take this.

Through 4 episodes. Very entertaining series.
The season finale was amazing. This was a great season.

A fantastic series of TV. Loved it.
Great characters - Susie, Eddie, Bobby, the MP, Jack, Jeffrey, weed grower guy, etc.
Italian mafia and posh UK crossover storylines
Beautiful camera work shooting beautiful areas of the world
Suspense, laughs, mystery, intrigue, action.
Again, just very fun to watch.

Just finished S2 - ramped up is an understatement. Whole season, every episode was lots of fun. Can't wait for S3

Finishing up Season 2 now, and this has become one the absolute best shows on any network right now. It runs circles around 99% of other so-called prestige shows....writing, directing, and cinematography. Such tight episodes with none of the hand-waving away of plotholes that's required of those other shows.
And watching Theo James in season 2 tells me he absolutely has everything it takes to be James Bond. It doesn't sound like it'll happen though, but he would be fantastic in this role.

Yup or went full on Thomas Shelby. Great season would love a third.
My wife and I really enjoyed it and it's damn near perfect. I'll be honest and say that they definitely tipped their hat to The Godfather with some of the scenes and themes but they pulled it off, in my opinion. I will be going back and watching both seasons to tie them together a little cleaner but it's better than most stuff out there.

First half wasn't quite doing it for me but the 2nd half of the season… fantastic
Yeah the first couple episodes I thought were a little slow but the rest of the season really made up for it.
The "slowdown strike" I thought was kind of funny. As was the bird thing lol. I'd like to think that sort of stuff happens more often in real life than anyone wants to admit.

Yep, definite Godfather and Breaking Bad nods and vibes and this is one of the few shows I've seen be able to successfully and believably pull it off.
Just finished the season finale and holy hell that whole episode was brutal and intense and magnificent!
And apparently, Netflix has confirmed there will be a season three. No release date yet, but they will start filming soon.
