Introduced to Piranha Records from a coworker. On November 11th, Derek Riggs -creator of Iron Maiden covers and mascot "Eddie" will be in store from 2-8 to chill and hangout.

They have a massive DJ Screw collection in their store. As a Houstonian trapped in North Austin, I thought this was badass. It's a semi-head shop establishment as well, so that's cool.

My next favorite place is Waterloo records in Austin.

How about you TexAgs? What's your favorite record store? I feel like this establishment and hangout is on the rise again and I'm here for it.

In Dallas the flagship has to be Josey Records. Huge selection as they are a big box record store. I also like Spinster in N Oak Cliff. Small store but I always seem to find something in there. Also really like Doc's over in Ft Worth

And they've got a new second location on the way.

Also Good Records and Dead Wax are solid.

NTX Vinyl is a great little record store.

Located in Painted Tree markets in Highland Village, North Richland Hills, and Frisco.

What I like about it is not overwhelming like Josey Records.

Garland will be their 3rd DFW location.

NTX closed all 3 Painted Tree locations. He's only selling on his website and through the Whatnot app now.
